Had 2 vaccination appointments canceled by CVS. Walked into Rite Aid and pharmacist Vicky took care of my husband and me. She has always gone the extra mile. Helped us straighten out our insurance too.

Pharmacy has gone downhill. My Dr called in the prescription at 5 PM yesterday. Drove the 10 miles there to pick it up at 10 am today. Waited in line. Prescription not ready."Can u come back in 15 minutes?" OK, stopped over at the grocery store bought 20 items. Came back over to Rite Aid and then waited behind another patient at the counter for at least 10 minutes more. So probably 20-25 minutes elapsed.Got same employee. Prescription not ready. Asked how long? She would not tell me as she had not started it as "there had been a line" and now there was a longer line behind me due to the slowness of the last patient.Wife and dog waiting in the car with the AC going the whole time...should have been done last night....3 strikes on one visit. Done with this pharmacy....

I was “wowed” yesterday at Rite Aid Store #2421. Andrea assisted me with finding greeting cards. She was actively asking customers if they were finding everything okay. I was impressed by her customer service. Since it wasn’t busy, Andrea could’ve just as easily stayed behind the counter like so many store associates usually do. In my opinion, Andrea is a model of how a retail sales associate should be. One should be professional, friendly, approachable, and genuinely want to help his/her customers. If only, right? Rite Aid Store #2421 and their customers are very fortunate to have Andrea as a supervisor at that store.*Thank you, Andrea for caring, and doing what you do with a smile every day! :-D

This pharmacy is the worst in Williamsburg hands down. At this point I should know better but they are located close to me so I keep having things sent to be filled and every time I go to pick my meds up they arnt ready they could have been sent the day before still won't be filled or they have to order the meds. They got my script 6.5 hrs before I showed up to pick them up and they had not filled them. Pick any other pharmacy in Williamsburg trust me you will get your meds sooner. 0 's

I had an emergent need when I arrived at the store. The young lady had just locked the door for the night. She unlocked the door because she said I looked like I was on a mission and directed me straight to what I needed. Awesome customer service ?

I would give zero stars but the person at the cash register up front was nice. I cannot give a review of actual services because the pharmacist on duty refused to provide any. We drove all the way there for scheduled vaccinations and instead of receiving the booked service we and every customer in line trying to pick up medications were sadly treated to a tirade of how busy he was, that he "told corporate" that he was 150 prescriptions behind and he canceled all of the vaccines (he did not) and could not fill any other prescriptions today. Not even apologetic. This pharmacist clearly has issues but this is a pharmacy dude and you deliver health related services - if you can't or won't or hate your job quit and stop punishing customers. I would never choose this pharmacy to fill regular meds. So many other choices!

The worst pharmacy i have ever visited. I had an appointment for a vaccine. The lady made me wait for like two hours and i had an appointment scheduled prior. Avoid this place for your vaccination. I had a pleasant experience at public pharmacy. They are quick and friendly and don’t keep you waiting when you have an appointment set up.
