Nice store & location for the area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good selection of Plow and Hearth items, but disappointed it was so small compared to Richmond store that I loved to shop at. Sad it closed but understand the decision. Madison VA locations are also wonderful.

This Plow & Hearth store conveniently located in Williamsburg, Virginia is an AMAZING store. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I can’t express how nice it is to go into a store and you are truly welcomed by the employees. At this location you will be impressed by the high quality of customer service. Everything in this store is strategically placed. If you don’t see what you’re looking for just ask for help. The prices are fair. The parking is free and plentiful. And yes they are pet friendly. We highly recommend this store.

I've been in the store three times in the last 10 days. First two times during the week when there was only a couple of other customers in the store. The third time was on the weekend when they are where a little bit more crowded and had additional employees. During the week visits the employee kept their head down at the register and didn't acknowledge any of the customers that came and went. On the weekend with three employees, I almost had to Beg For assistance with the fire pits. I decided to purchase a fire pit from Amazon rather than shop at a retail store which is what I was trying to do. I get the feeling that this store is getting ready to close either that or I guess I expect way too much from employees of a retail store.

I love this store! They carry such a variety of products that I always enjoy strolling through the store to see what is new. They always great you when you come in and are there to help with whatever you need. Today I was looking for a couple of things, but one that was out of stock in the catalog. The store manager found it in another store and will get it shipped to Williamsburg. How nice is that? Cannot beat the service. Thank you Plow and Hearth!

Amazing store; my wife in particular loved it. Very friendly and helpful folks running this fine establishment. Very neat, decorated attractively for Christmas. You can find many gift options.

Store with silly things you may not need but may bring you a bit of joy.Out for an early evening stroll and saw their display of Halloween figures. This little "Count Dracula" tickled us enough that we brought him home with us. His eyes even glow (for six hours a night).Decent enough quality. Good weight, so he shouldn't blow over.

Love this store's: Seasonal Items (e.g. indoor and outdoor decorations, pillows, cups...); Specialty Foods such as blue cheese herb mustard; Simple Collection of "Life is Good" and other Clothing; and absoutely Delightful Staff.

I regret that I ever came in contact with this store. I ordered a bench to give someone for their birthday. I was told via email that the bench was in stock and would be in my possession in 7 days. Three weeks later, after multiple calls and emails and long after my friend's birthday has come and gone, I have no bench, no refund, and no information. I'll never shop here again. I just want my money back, but the store won't make that happen, and I don't understand why.

The red head is so attentive! Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful! I travel 2 hour just to get my hands on their Savanna Bee products...it's the only place I've found them. Definitely worth the trip and time. Everything about this store is a positive!
