Plow & Hearth is a wonderful store with a nice location. The staff are friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and provide high quality customer service, truly welcoming customers. The store has a good selection and a large variety of items, with everything strategically placed. While one location is noted as smaller than another, customers love shopping here for gifts and enjoy strolling to see what is new. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to help find products. Prices are fair, parking is free and plentiful, and the store is pet friendly. It comes highly recommended.
Nice store & location for the area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good selection of Plow and Hearth items, but disappointed it was so small compared to Richmond store that I loved to shop at. Sad it closed but understand the decision. Madison VA locations are also wonderful.

Amazing store; my wife in particular loved it. Very friendly and helpful folks running this fine establishment. Very neat, decorated attractively for Christmas. You can find many gift options.
