Love my 2003 Sequoia with 392,000 miles but you do run into some strange issues at those mileage ranges.
Chris and team at Peninsula Auto Repair stayed with the clock spring, air bag light, horn and steering control issues for several days until it was resolved and I could drive it safely to Cape Cod. He never gave up.
I appreciated his professionalism, personal approach and fairness. He definitely earned my future business.

This has been my go to mechanic for over 6 years now with multiple different vehicles I’ve owned. I’ve never trusted anyone before I meet these guys! They are as honest as it comes. They are always quick to respond to me! I will never go anywhere else. I’m so happy I came across them when I did! I will send everyone I know there instead of a dealership! Always puts their customers first and you can’t find people like that anymore

I've been fixing my car at Peninsula Auto for over two years now since I moved to Williamsburg. I've never seen anyone so honest with telling you exactly what to fix and what can wait. Chris gives good value for money. One time he gave my friend a full car check without charging a cent for it. No other mechanic will touch any of my cars again except Chris. I will refer him to everyone because he's honest and best at what he does. Thanks Chris keep up the good work.

This place is awesome! They are quick to reply, honest, transparent, does great quality work, and are reasonably priced. The harmonic balancer (crank pulley) outer ring fell off my minivan as we were leaving Williamsburg Premium Outlets. I had it towed to their shop because of their great google reviews. Now I know why all their reviews are great. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They tell you exactly what work your vehicle needs and makes good recommendations without forcing you to take them. Thanks Peninsula Mobile Auto Repair!

Chris the owner was incredible. My kid is in college there and broke down. I normally work on my own cars. It's hard trusting a shop. He kept me informed as he trouble shot and eliminated possibilities. He listen to my armchair quaterbacking from 3.5 hours away and didn't throw throw parts at it hoping it fixed it. This shop is fair and honest. He could of taken advantage, but didn't. Parents this is the answer to a bad situation. Thanks again Chris

I'm new to the area and as anyone who relocates needs to find all new service providers. Chris was recommended to me by Rodney from the tire business in the same complex. A home run. Great tire shop at Rodney's and equally as good a mechanic at Peninsula Auto. Fantastic service on time completion and best of all honest pricing

I was on vacation in December 2018 in Williamsburg with my family when my 2011 Honda Odyssey broke down. Chris was able to diagnose the issue quickly and replace my alternator, allowing me to get home to PA. Fast forward 5 years, and unfortunately the alternator went again. I called Chris and he worked with his supplier to get a replacement part for me (lifetime warranty). He really prioritized my request and he was in constant communication with me on his progress. He went completely above and beyond to help me, as he honors all his warranties. For the folks in Williamsburg and the surrounding area, you are extremely lucky to have Peninsula Mobile Auto Repair. Chris is the best, hands down. Thanks again Chris!

If I could rate this place, 10 out of five stars, I would. They stay busy and it’s hard to get an appointment it’s worth the wait. we have been a customer of the shop for a few years now and I have recommended other family members who share the same experience. Very professional very informed and willing to go above and beyond to help a customer out. We had a truck and turns out the transmission control module was discontinued and needed to be replaced, our truck sat there for a year due to AC Delco – GM issues, but they maintained communication with us every step of the way. Fantastic service from Peninsula Auto Repair! I was scheduled to leave town the next day and needed advice on the source of the knocking I was hearing. Professional, courteous, repairs done timely. Was given estimate that was reasonable. Took my vehicle to Peninsula, as Toyota was trying to get me to pay for unnecessary repairs, and charge me for a diagnosis.
