Update: was never able to pick up my online order because they were always “too busy” went today to buy a charm and had to be put on a list to wait for help. Again there’s no more than 5 customers in here. I’m not waiting on a list. This is not a crowded restaurant. Stop HOVERING one customer and WAITING for them to figure out what they want and stay with JUST THEM that whole time until they’re ready to checkout. Allow customers to browse and if they’re not ready to checkout, MOVE ON and help someone else who is ready!!!! You’ll be able to get people in and out this way! Notice you’re the ONLY place who does this ridiculous process! And as stated by other reviews, they have very rude employees who do not greet you and look absolutely miserable working here. The line outside the door and only letting 2 people in at a time is a bit dramatic lol you guys are the least busiest store at the outlets. If everyone of them can handle the holidays then you can too. I have a simple pickup order but I’ll probably just have to get a refund because I don’t have time to stand in the cold for hours. Wouldn’t it make more sense to allow people in to browse so they can see what they’d like and they’d already be ready to check out by the time you get to them?? If Nike, North Pole and coach etc can handle HUNDREDS of customers, I know you guys can handle the 8 you get every hour lol. So ridiculous get it together so you can make some money for your store during the holidays. People are going to see the line, stand and shiver and then just decide to get their loved ones a gift from somewhere else.

Last night, i went with my roomies because one of them wanted to buy a bracelet and charms, and the woman that works there was so rude, she didn’t want to attend us, she literally discriminated us because we wasn’t speaking English at the store. She looked at us and just turned back to other customers.

This is the worse Pandora shop my family and I have ever been too. The employees are extremely rude and unkind. We were here just for a pick up and we had to stand outside in the cold for an hour while two people were in the store. Also the employees were extremely incompetent toward there product. Avoid this store at all cost. Go to the next Pandora shop if all possible.

Hire more people. There is a line out the door. I'm just picking up an order which is supposed to be convenient.

My husband went to the Pandora store in Williamsburg, VA today to get a couple charms for my bracelet and was treated so badly he will never step foot on that store again. He went in and was greeted and told there were two or three customers in front of him. He stated that was fine and he would just wait. The salespeople helped several people in the store and several other customers came in the store who were waited on before him. He said the salesperson who initially spoke to him got on the phone and was just talking on the phone. One more patron came in and waited for a salesperson. She ended up getting waited on and my husband was still ignored. He then decided they didn’t want to help him so he started out the door. Then the salesperson on the phone tried to say something as he was walking out the door. He then told them loudly “thank you anyway.” This was a horrible experience for him to be treated as if he wasn’t there it didn’t matter.

Because of the sales associates nonchalant attitude and just being rude and disrespectful, I have lost one of the most valuable pieces to me. I had my grandmother’s fingerprint placed on a charm that I wore in the circular charm holder around my neck. The charms initially came off during a bowling tournament and after bowling I immediately went to the store to see about getting it replaced. The sales associate screwed up her face, told me there is nothing wrong with the item and then insinuated that it was my fault that it came open. I left there and said to my husband that I would be heartbroken if I lost one of these charms because they mean so much to me. Well, it happened. The one for my grandmother fell off the ring. I have cried for two days because I can’t believe that it is gone. It’s like I’ve lost her all over again. Well, I caution everyone from going to this store. If you aren’t going to buy something, go to another store. What you can lose is not worth patronizing this location. Hopefully the funeral home can remake the item. Thanks for nothing Pandora.

I was calling my mom back in because the employees said we had to wait and English isn’t our first language so I was just explaining to my mom about it when the lady with the blonde/black hair gave a nasty face. Y’all need to learn patience and control your face.

The associate that assisted me was very friendly and knowledgeable and she took her time helping me pick out several new charms for my bracelet.I have a lot of Pandora Jewelry already, but I'm working on a memorial bracelet for my husband and I feel like it's coming along beautifully! I will definitely be back.

I love pandora & have patronized this brand for many years at numerous locations. Williamsburg location used to be one of my favorite locations based on their outlet sales and their last chance inventory. HOWEVER, in the last 2 months I’ve received the worst costumer service from management! On two separate occasions i was Less than satisfied and both times i felt compelled to contact pandora customer service based on the employees unwillingness to assist me. First time, i was Looking to exchange a Valentine’s Day gift which was purchased under the buy 2 get 1 free promotion. The manager told me i could Exchange the first two items but the item i received For free could only be taken back without an exchange, “because that promo ended”. She told me I’d have to pay for a third item vs. honor the sale it was purchased under. I was Within the 30 days and knew that Information was incorrect. I had To commute to the Norfolk location just to be serviced and assured that information was incorrect. Second occasion, i purchased A ring, which was a “last chance”, sale. However one of the stones fell out of the ring within 2 months of my purchase. I returned to the store while they still had the ring in stock and all management refused to honor the year warranty policy. The management continued to go back & forth with me saying there’s no return or exchange on final sale, which I’m completely understanding of, however that had nothing to do with the warranty policy. I contacted Customer service while in the store and they immediately emailed me a shipping label to mail the ring back, and agreed to honor my warranty by replacing the ring. I drive An hour just to reach this location based on the variety of inventory and sales alone. The service and management make this store less than a enjoyable shopping experience as they completely abide by there own rules vs. the company’s policy ! MORE TRAINING IS NEEDED !! A customer should never have to see the product in store with there receipt and the damaged item & not be accommodated.

For an outlet, gotta say a little pricey. Staff was kinda rude but helpful if that makes sense. Not really any deals but regular prices that said expect to spend around 70 dollars avg for a charm and around 200 avg for a bracelet or necklace. I had high hopes but looks like the sales on the internet are way better then the in person store.
