“A Verizon technical support representative (phone) deactivated my old phone before activating my new phone resulting in no service. Naturally having no phone we could not call back. Finally your representative, Derricka Bailey, was able to reach another technical support person/department but that person also could not help. After I got on the phone and calmly explained my anger and frustration, that person said she would seek help from her supervisor. While waiting for this Derricka kept working on the matter until it was resolved. She deserves a cash bonus for her calming demeanor, patience and expertise. Thanks again Derricka.”

“Exceptional Service – Ask for Janice!

Janice at the AT&T store in North Williamsburg provided the best customer service I have ever experienced in all my years as an AT&T customer.

We were visiting from out of town for the holidays and only had a short window of time, yet we came in with a very complex list of things we needed: changing the last name on my account, transferring my husband’s phone from another carrier, replacing my phone, transferring all the data, and purchasing a new Apple Watch. On top of that, we ran into major issues getting my husband’s phone unlocked from the other carrier, which turned into an unexpected ordeal.

What made the experience even more impressive was that Janice was the only employee working in the store at the time. Somehow, she managed to take care of us while also assisting other customers, and she gave everyone the same high level of attention, professionalism, and care.

Through it all, Janice stayed with us the entire time. It became an all-day process, yet she never rushed us, never passed us off, and never lost patience. Her knowledge, persistence, and ability to manage multiple customers seamlessly were outstanding. She truly knows her stuff.

In all my years with AT&T, I have never experienced this level of service and expertise. Janice is a five-star-plus employee, and that store is incredibly lucky to have her. If we could bring her back to the DFW area with us, we absolutely would.

If you visit this store, ask for Janice — she is exceptional.”

“If you need your phone fixed you should come here! I broke the back of my phone a couple months ago and got it fixed, but I needed the back of my iPhone 15 replaced asap, and no one was able to help until someone guided me towards Cell Phone Zone! I dropped my phone off and when I came back two hours later my phone was brand new:):) The owner was very reassuring and informative. I believe the prices are reasonable as well. Everywhere else I called either could not replace the back or it cost me $200+ just to replace the back not including the battery.
I am very grateful for this company to help me in a short amount of time for a reasonable amount of money.”

“I'm old. Transferring data to new phone is overwhelming. Took it to Kurtis at the quarterpath store. He was incredibly patient and kind as well as knowledgeable. What a difference it was in customer service than the other Verizon stores. That man needs a big raise he deserves it!”
