“If you need your phone fixed you should come here! I broke the back of my phone a couple months ago and got it fixed, but I needed the back of my iPhone 15 replaced asap, and no one was able to help until someone guided me towards Cell Phone Zone! I dropped my phone off and when I came back two hours later my phone was brand new:):) The owner was very reassuring and informative. I believe the prices are reasonable as well. Everywhere else I called either could not replace the back or it cost me $200+ just to replace the back not including the battery.

“Super, great Cox Store! I walked into the store with a big chip on my shoulder because Cox was to raise my rate by 50 percent. I was all set to ditch Cox for Glo-Fiber. When I entered the store I was greeted by Joseph. Joseph was so likable and funny that I immediately calmed down and explained my problem. He was very professional and friendly and worked with me. I walked out in a great mood and didn’t even have to switch providers ?”

“Helped me upgrade my phone, thoroughly explained payment plan and equipment options as well as new tech- Including phone model upgrade and GB variety of storage options, how to use the Apple Watch, pros & cons of all the options. Helped me transfer all the data from my previous iPhone to my new iPhone & synch it with my new Apple Watch. Also helped me save money overall. While I was there I had help from several customer service representatives who helped me and one another; they worked well as a team. They were all very patient, which is a rare quality in retail, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase and their service. My parents are going to be their next customers. They took a lot of time to answer my questions and address my concerns. I feel confident with the information they provided and would give 10/10 stars but 5/5 is the most amount of stars I have access to. Highly recommend.”
