“Great shopping experience at Oakley Vault in Williamsburg VA yesterday. Sales rep named “Zach” was excellent—super knowledgeable of Oakley products and of the 2 main sports we were buying Oakleys for (baseball & golf). My teenage son was psyched with his purchase and even commented on our way out what a great guy Zach was ! Now THAT’S a real compliment coming from a 16 yr old who usually says zilch—haha! Retail clearly needs more knowledgeable/helpful reps like Zach..he needs a raise, Oakley! Not a cheap product—but it is the best for sports. 5 STARS for Zach!”

“We went to your Williamsburg store on Friday 12/22 and was very pleased with the reception we received. Store was in order and checkout was a breeze. Employees were extremely helpful and kind. We were.at the Newport News store earlier in the week but it was so busy and overcrewded , not because of anything Kohl’s could be held responsible .We left our purchase and decided to go to the Williamsburg store later.”

“I visited the Williamsburg Outlets location and was assisted by the assistant store manager, Thomas. He was great! I wanted the red suit on display in the window and the size I needed was not on the floor, so he checked the mannequin for me even though he knew it would probably be the smallest size which wasn't my size. He was right. He then checked the racks and found the blazer in my size (I checked but wasn't as diligent as Thomas) but he didn't find the pants. He informed me that he'd check in the back but if they didn't have it he'd assist me with ordering it online. There was a pair in the back that were my size. I usually don't shop big stores because I enjoy a more personal shopping experience and the willingness of a sales associate to go above and beyond. I thank Thomas for giving me that above and beyond experience today.”

“Had a chance to stop by this trendy clothing purveyor. Picked up a couple of very soft shirts and a some shorts. Super happy with my purchase as well as price. The associates were incredible, friendly and very helpful. I had a few questions and they were happy to answer with a bright smile. We exchanged some jokes and light humor and the experience was simply amazing… I definitely recommend this outlet for anyone looking for that trendy timeless look. While the focus is sportswear and classic women's clothing, they do have bags, shoes, accessories, swimwear, and even a men's Golf line. The shop is impeccably clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. Although this is part of a Brooklyn chain with over 100 shops nationwide, it has a local feel. High quality clothing is not cheap, so don't expect low prices but there is a 15% off coupon for first time customers willing to give an email address.”

My only complaint was that it was super hot in the store as they’ve set up tiny portable acs in the store and it smelled like paint… maybe from next door? “We shopped several hours at the Williamsburg outlet stores today including the Eddie Bauer store. It was such a pleasant experience with Chris and the other employee (didn't get his name). They were both super friendly and helpful. I found the perfect coat and the color I wanted but the medium was just a bit snug and wouldn't have allowed for layering underneath. Chris helped me find the right size online and I ordered it before we left the store. I have always loved Eddie Bauer products. Thanks for your great help, Chris!”

“I had never heard of this store before and we wandered inside just to see what it was all about. I'm so glad I did! It's a British company with some nice outdoor/skii-type clothing and I actually found a really nice black puffer jacket on sale for 70% off inside and got a steal on it! They had some really cute clothing inside and I visited the website to find some cute shoes, accessories, dresses and other items as well as jewelry and more. Staff inside were friendly and it's right in the main part of the shopping/walking/dining district of downtown Williamsburg so you can easily pop in and take a look while visiting some of the other shops or going to the Colonial Williamsburg part.”
