“Nice, clean and inviting store. Even the back room seemed clean and organized on a quick glance. The store Doesn't make you feel Out of place when you walk in. The Sales clerks we're very friendly to other customers in the store. Even though the Website said they were out of a Lot of Stock, the racks in store had plenty of good replacements.”
“Last night my wife and I went to this store and wow the customer service was top notch. Zach and his colleague were kind and helpful. Zach was amazing when checking us out it was like talking to a friend lol. This store has a great selection and we even left with nice discounted T-shirt’s. Highly recommended this place if you need new shades!”

“Lost the pants of my suit 2 hours before a wedding, ran into this store. Ms. Courtney and Ms. Megan were fantastic! Couldn’t find the right grey to match my suit so she found a nice blue pair on sale that went with my tie and my girlfriend’s dress. They were fast, funny, and helped me out as much as possible.
Both of these women were fantastic and deserve a raise. I’ll be shopping here again to acquire the rest of this blue set because I think it looks quite sharp. My girlfriend loves it.

“Visiting Virginia from south carolina and stopped in here to look around . The guys there where very helpful and friendly. We got 4 more days here and will definitely be stopping by before we leave so I can grab a few pair of pants .”
“I was assisted by a sales associate, Jatoria. She was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I was looking for Girlfriend khaki slacks, and she told be that they had been rebranded. Jatoria took me to the rack where the Midrise Downtown khakis were. I found my size. However, they didn't have the colors I wanted, so she ordered them online, and they are being shipped free to my house. I returned to the store to exchange/return items, and was helped by the store manager Tasha. She knows her stuff, and is very personable. I was also assisted on the phone by Bri and Rashida. Both of whom were so kind as to hold an item for me because I couldn't come in. I had the pleasure of being helped today by Kemare. An efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly sales associate. Excellent customer service from this entire team! Thank you all!!!*****”

“We shopped several hours at the Williamsburg outlet stores today including the Eddie Bauer store. It was such a pleasant experience with Chris and the other employee (didn't get his name). They were both super friendly and helpful. I found the perfect coat and the color I wanted but the medium was just a bit snug and wouldn't have allowed for layering underneath. Chris helped me find the right size online and I ordered it before we left the store. I have always loved Eddie Bauer products. Thanks for your great help, Chris!”

NICOLE represents true customer service and is effective at soft sales—making the sale without pressure. I bought a new larger size belt bag as did a couple of others at the front. NICOLE had assisted us all and rang all of us up with big smiles. So, I went back after a few other shops, found NICOLE and bought the same bag for a gift. As I walked into the store aimlessly, a young man approached me and asked if I needed help with anything and if I had any questions. “I had never heard of this store before and we wandered inside just to see what it was all about. I'm so glad I did! It's a British company with some nice outdoor/skii-type clothing and I actually found a really nice black puffer jacket on sale for 70% off inside and got a steal on it! They had some really cute clothing inside and I visited the website to find some cute shoes, accessories, dresses and other items as well as jewelry and more. Staff inside were friendly and it's right in the main part of the shopping/walking/dining district of downtown Williamsburg so you can easily pop in and take a look while visiting some of the other shops or going to the Colonial Williamsburg part.”
