My family and I stayed here during Spring Break. The villas are updated, clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The hotel is located in a quiet, gated community. It is very close to all of the attractions in Williamsburg. The villa has lots of space for our family of four. We enjoyed the fireplace, balcony, and large rooms. My children enjoyed the activities center and the indoor pool. We will definitely return. I would have given the hotel 5 stars, but housekeeping came in one day and took all of the wash cloths and bath mats without replacing them, and we had to ask for them to bring more.

Nice resort, with well equipped villa rooms. However common areas-- hallways, elevators, building lobbies etc were filthy. Debris in building 1800 on carpets and in elevator was never vacuumed the entire 6 days we were there. Housekeeping supervisors need to check up on things in common areas. Gives a very poor impression.

They don't seem too particular on room readiness for the guests. One room looked like someone had taken a nap on the bed...with a wadded up blanket on the sofa. We reported it to the desk but there was no follow-up from the hotel .

Rooms are beautiful. Next to a gated community on the golf course. Very secluded. Totally away from everything exciting. You will need a car to get to restaurants and shopping.Winter stay so not sure about the pool and if there are activities going on at resort or golf course. Very disappointed at the restaurant at the Country Club. No TV in the dining area. Not sure bout the bar area. A good stroll from Manor Club Resort.Rooms: Family friendly. Updated with the best in accommodations. The kitchen had everything but an air fryer as far as I could see. Nice size kitchen and bathrooms. Accessible handicap parking ramps. Patio. Washer/ dryer. The BestNearby activities: You need a car to have access to the outside world. Manor Club is surrounded by luxury homes in a gated community on a well known golf course. About 20 minutes to the outlet stores, the movies, and restaurants.Safety: Absolutely felt comfortable and safe. We never saw Security or Police.

Front desk is useless. Doesn’t understand their own services. Unfamiliar with what is stated in their property materials. Rude and unhelpful when on the phone.Need better training on the property and customer service skills.Rooms: Spacious comfortable

Rooms: Very spacious and clean. I liked balcony a lot, and the bed was lovely!Food & drinks: The Bistro was very nice, the food was delicious! And the house wine was also very nice, I loved it.Noteworthy details: The shower was amazing, I have pots so standing in the shower or it getting to hot is quite an issue for me. And the shower had a fold down seat and hand rails it made it very easy for me.

the rooms were amazing considering it was about 80 dollars a night for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a full kitchen and dining area! very quiet location with a pool and splash pad for kids! 10/10 would recommend!Rooms: amazing rooms for the price!!!Nearby activities: very close to colonial williamsburg, about a 20 minute drive from busch gardensFood & drinks: the food was very good ?
