“On Friday September 13, 2024 around 11:45am- 12 noon, I was at the UPS store on 4680-181 Monticello ave, Williamsburg, VA the you ng lady was at this location working by herself. She was very professional and she took care of my detailed, time consuming certified mail (3) in an even paced & thorough way, even though in the time I was there 20-25 minutes a few other customers came in. She patiently & sweetly told the customersvwsitung that she will be happy to help them in just a few minutes after she was done with my out mail. This professionalism shown by this young lady working at this UPS store on Monticello ave Williamsburg, reinforced my desire to return to this particular UPS store from now on.
