Great store! BUT the store manager (short white girl) needs to learn how to talk to her employees. I was uncomfortable as a customer and told the manager as much.

I love the Lucky Brand clothing but the customer service is far from superb. I've been into the Williamsburg outlet location twice in the past two weeks and both times the employees make you feel like you are "bothering" them. At one point, I was looking through a stack of shorts and the employee (Airika) stated, "they are all the same." She clearly didn't want me searching through the newly folded clothing. I retrieved her name from my receipt following check out. I never leave negative reviews but this will definitely make me reluctant to swing in during my next visit.

Had a chance to stop by this trendy clothing purveyor. Picked up a couple of very soft shirts and a some shorts. Super happy with my purchase as well as price. The associates were incredible, friendly and very helpful. I had a few questions and they were happy to answer with a bright smile. We exchanged some jokes and light humor and the experience was simply amazing… I definitely recommend this outlet for anyone looking for that trendy timeless look. This particular location made me feel right at home! Overall the store was well organized, clean and tidy. The dressing rooms were clean, accessible and well maintained.

My wife and I visited Williamsburg today for a nice relaxed visit Pleasantly surprised to find an excellent salesperson at Lucky Brand / Williamsburg Premium Outlets Angela D. could have not been more friendly or helpful as I searched for a pair of Lucky Jeans to replace my old worn out pair Angela made suggestions, set up a dressing room with several options to pick from and was genuinely helpful in making several good purchases I commend you for having quality staff in these trying times. My wife and I strongly recommend Angela and Lucky Brand Gary

Jared is an awesome employee!A few weeks ago my wife and I stopped in to the store about 30 minutes to close, and Jared helped us pick out 2 pairs of jeans for my wife that she really needed. He was professional, courteous, and overall a delight to speak with. He helped us find the right size and fit, as well as helped us navigate through their various styles and cuts with expertise so we could find the right ones for us.Because of Jared... my impression of Lucky Brand is nothing but top quality. This man went above and beyond for me and my wife to help us find the perfect fit. Jared is the definition of what all customer service professionals should aspire to be.Lucky Brand, do yourself and all of your customers a favor and let this man know he's appreciated. This is the type of guy you want on your team for the long run.
