Compared to Newport News, this store is pitiful. Customer service is getting better, but still pretty awful. I'd rather go to Tractor Supply.

Customer service is questionable at times but the staff inside the store is real helpful. I’m just talking the customer service section, hard to get them on the phone and takes a bit of time for them to respond.

Employees are always super nice and helpful, the place is always well organized and picked up!
