I just had my blinds cut. Sebina is on it. She was cutting my blinds and answering everyone's questions. She's happy, no complaining. Great experience!

What you would expect from a big box store. I've had great experiences and poor ones in my dealings with this Lowe's. You can usually find what you are looking for and customer service ranges from excellent to crappy. Overall quite average.
