Stopped to ask if they could remove a couple links from my 92 year old father's watchband. They did it while I waited and there was no charge! Another jeweler (who will remain anonymous) was going to take 24 hours (plus the holiday weekend) and charge me $20! Kingsmill seemed friendly and appeared to be a family owned business.

Nick is honest and makes beautiful jewelry! His shop always has just the perfect gift I need for a friend even if it isn't jewelry! He has repaired many pieces for me and I highly recommend him!

I had a horrible experience coming in last week to get my diamond eternity wedding ring looked at to be resized. Upon entering, I was not greeted at all. The owner, I presume, was having a very loud phone call, with what I overheard which may have been a wholesale buyer to him. He has the conversation for several minutes in front of me and then goes into the back room. Comes back several minutes later and is not friendly or inviting. I then see someone else come in a few minutes later and a sales lady comes from the back, where was she when I was waiting that entire time? The owner precedes to insult me asking if my ring was cubic zirconia before even looking at it, which was appalling to say the least, and why would you go through the trouble to take a cubic to get resized? Ridiculous. And I have an appraisal from a certified gemologist that I did not think to take in with me, as I didn't know I would need it and that a jeweler would not be able to know for themselves. He asks if I can just buy a size down and I say no this is one of a kind estate jewel and he says no it's not one of a kind, which it is as it's a beautiful 2.5 carat Diamond eternity band with marquise and baguettes that is not sold anywhere...Further insults me saying that my ring finger is probably bigger due to the warmer weather (I went in to get it sized down so that would have been the opposite case anyway). I'm not sure how there are so many 5 star reviews, I will never set foot into this shop again; have never been so insulted! I went to Williamsburg Jewelers after and they were so kind and professional to me.

I had a fantastic experience at this jewelry store! The staff went above and beyond by providing a free resizing for my fiancé's engagement ring. I needed some repair work on a few pieces, and a few other jewelers in town said they weren't able to help me. I had a completely different response when I walked into Kingsmill Jewelers! I was warmly welcomed by Rachel - she listened carefully, was enthusiastic, and happy to help. Her positive attitude was so refreshing! She introduced me to the owner of the store, who assured me they could handle my repairs. I left feeling as if I were family. Highly recommend!

Nick at Kingsmill Jewelers is incredible. My parents brought in some of my baby jewelry to have it melted down and recreated into a gold ring for my husband and Nick did an amazing job!! He also made my wedding ring. I know my family will now be lifelong customers. Nick goes above and beyond for his customers and you can tell that he truly has such a love for the community and his customers. 5/5 and highly recommend.

They were exceptional. We had an eyeglasses problem and tried every jewelry store in town until we came to this one. They helped us out, $20 later we were set to go! Very pleasant, parking is pretty tight but otherwise a great experience! Recommend

Went to replace the battery of my watch and they messed up the watch.It was a mix of digital and normal. Now the digital and normal are out of sync.
