We've been lucky enough to have KAMCO for our business and now our home. Great customer service from the owners, sales manager, and office staff. I love the fact that we are supporting a local family and local employees. You don't get transferred to an out of state office and if you do need to speak to dispatch, they are right here in town! Highly recommend for your home and business!

What began as a good relationship turned very sour. We called over and over to cancel our services - being told we would be called back. After four calls, we finally found him in the office - this happened in over a weeks time. No apology, no nothing. I'd consider a one star rating, but a two star is likely more fair.

Best security company ever!!! We had another company, one that is big and well known, and had nothing but problems out of it. We switched to Kamco and love our system and service! The technicians were great and very friendly and the monitoring is local and all the time, so you are fully protected while supporting a local company! The equipment is also top notch. I would not hesitate to give Kamco a recommendation as a security company!

A commercial fire and home security company that does more than you would think. Anything from home security or AV to networking. Everything is local including the monitoring center. Actual people answer the phones and call you to let you know what's going on with your system. Nice alternative to ADT or other giant alarm company which is not personable or flexible.

We have tried all aspects of home security and have gone the DIY route for the past few years but had never been truly satisfied. Recently, we contacted KAMCO and now we are professionally protected. Dustin set us up with exactly what we needed for cameras and an alarm system, and this is by far the best security system we have ever had! I highly recommend them for your security needs!

Absolutely a fine company to do business with. They are responsive, kind, professional and quick to respond. Dustin was wonderful to deal with. Very fair pricing. I have referred them to many people who have also initiated service or switched over from another icky alarm company!!!

Six years ago, my sister gave me a referral to KAMCO as they used their service for their business. We are proud to call ourselves loyal customers. In the age of families swapping security providers every year, we have never found a reason to change. Their rates are competitive for the monitoring because they do it local to the Hampton Roads area. Their response time when I accidentally set off an alarm is unmatched (less than 30 seconds). KAMCO is one of those real finds that keeps you coming back year after year. After all this time, I even bought a new camera system for my home that was recently installed by KAMCO. And these cameras....you can actually see who is on the monitor - high quality HD product. - Thanks KAMCO.
