Everyone at JPVH is wonderful to deal with! The office staff is so kind and helpful on the phone as well as in the office! The vet technicians and doctors are also first class!! Everyone always listens and address all of our concerns. Takes time to love on and talk to my dog as a part of their routine! I always feel that my dog is receiving top notch care!! I highly recommend Jolly Pond Veterinary Hospital for you and your pets!!

This is without a doubt the best Vet I have ever taken any animals to. They are caring, empathetic, helpful, and treat you like family. I cannot possibly be happier, even though my dog was so sick they helped us get through it. Very reasonably priced.

Outstanding veterinarian hospital. Dr Fidler is the best! Everyone is polite and friendly. They have taken excellent care of our dog over the past year and a half. Got us through a very serious bladder stone blockage that required surgery.
They also board animals who are patients there. Only used once but all went well.

Dr Fidler was really supportive in dealing with Lucy and her multiple overlapping situations. She would call well into the evening with results and updates and was vigilant in making sure there were no bad reactions to various medications. She had a breakthrough treatment for a serious problem. We've moved and we're going to miss her.

Been using this vet for over a decade. Have tried others in a pinch and always came back. Sometimes I dont get an appointment as fast as I would like, but that is okay. I understand they are extremely busy and I am willing to wait. If it's an emergency, I go to the emergency vet. I'm thankful for all the staff.....they have very hard jobs and have to deal with a lot of not kind people.

My cat was not eating, they got him right in, took xrays, gave fluids and barium, and the next day his plumbing was back to work. Right doctors, right tests, right treatment. Excellent!

Being new to the area, I stopped in to see about the service here. Before I even talked to anyone - truly just an introductory meeting, the staff advised they have a month wait for new pet patients. They didn't even greet me or ask why I was there. I was told they have 11,000 clients and only 4 veterinarians. I asked if they plan to staff up to meet the need, but that didn't seem logical to them. I will find a vet who can see my dog in a pinch. Dogs don't get sick by monthly schedules. This office needs some professionals to train the client service staff. I see other issues on this site as well - so it isn't just me.

Excellent veterinary hospital team, who recognized an abscess in my beloved kitty's tooth; performed next day surgery and provided antibiotics. My kitty is happy and healthy again: happy sigh!
