October isn't even over and December decorations are out. They triple check their measurements when cutting your materials and random sales throughout the store.

I have never had a bad experience at this store. The location is very convenient for me and there's a Sonic drive-in nearby - what's not to like! I often go to this JoAnn to buy knitting yarn, thread, tshirts, notions, and anything else that catches my attention. The store is clean and so is the bathroom. This is the JoAnn store that my sister and I shop at most frequently.

My zipper pull broke on my favorite rain jacket, I went into the store and was helped by two very nice ladies, I wish I had have gotten their names. I was even given a discount to donate a dollar to the 4-H club which made the multi repair kit that I chose to buy (and ended up working very well) worth buying for my loved jacket.

Good selection of fabrics and accessories for sewing/crafting. Great customer service! Chad cut the fabric for us and he was so friendly. The older lady that checked us out (didn't catch her name) was so helpful, she helped us find additional coupons to safe on our purchase. She was genuine and kind!
