I went to the Janie and Jack Outlet store on the 12th of November. Christmas shopping for my grandsons. I wanted to get the boys reversible vests. Sadly they did not have the sizes in the store, but the manager offered to let me have the instore discount (it was better than online) and she would order them plus they would deliver them for free to my grandsons' home. They were promised for the 25th and were delivered around the 18th. Under promised and over delivered. I have bought clothes there for the boys before but the manager is so helpful. Great service and the clothes are top quality. Big thanks to the manager--can't remember her name. Sorry.

Have everything you need to get your little one ready for whatever occasion! The in-store selection for newborns tend to run out quickly, so if that's area I'd check the online store first.
