Not a bad store, but we left because the two ladies behind the counter would not stop talking bad about the customers (with children) who had just left the store. Not a good look.

After an unfortunate negative experience at the Williamsburg store location yesterday, I am pleased to edit my initial review. After reading my review, the store owner requested that I give her a call and allow her a chance to correct what had happened. After speaking to a store manager, as well as receiving a call from the owner, Ms. Fenton, I can attest that these ladies take customer service and satisfaction very seriously and they take pride in their life's work. I want to sincerely thank them for reaching out to me, and please know that I will be so happy to shop at their stores in the future. Blessings to you both!

The J Fenton Gallery is a lovely little shop right next to William & Mary. You can find a gift for anyone there and the ladies that work there are great!

Was in the other day....we didn't even get In the store for 2 seconds & across the room we hear this lady shouting "Folks you need a mask!" Wow!! Not "Hi welcome to our store, or do you need help' ......very rude!!!! As it is not mandatory to now be wearing a mask!! I get privately own businesses can make that decision but with a attitude like that I don't know how they get business!!! To top it off the next day we walked by the store & the workers were wearing no masks!!!

My wife picked up an item in the 30% off section. She went to pay for the item and the lady clay the register said the item wasn't 30% off. My wife pointed out that it was in the 30% off section, very politely and left. While my wife was exiting the store, the lady behind the counter started bad-mouthing my wife not realizing I was still standing in the store. When I told the lady I didn't appreciate her talking to my wife like that, she asked me to leave the store and claimed to her manager I yelled at her which never happened. Wow! This place is terrible! We don't care about the 30% off! Why would this nasty woman bad-mouth my wife when she walked away!!! Do this place a favor and stay away. We will never go back!

I absolutely LOVE this store! So many cute gifts, toys and books not to mention the beautiful clothes. They have very unique jewelry and a large collection of Linen. A must shop in Williamsburg!

Store is open for online orders during this health crisis and was able to find what I need and arrived quickly. Can't wait til it is open again and we can all shop our local stores.

Store refused to let me and my friends into the store without some adults to make sure they could have as many eyes on us as possible. When we asked why we couldn’t come in, they said that they didn’t want people in there. So a RETAIL STORE didn’t want CUSTOMERS in there? Why did they put the store on the busiest street in town? The world may never know. Just remember kids, if they are willing to do it to us, they are willing to do it to you.
