took my tag heuer aquaracer there to get the bracelet adjusted, the gentleman stopped what he was doing and helped me immediately, sized me, took several links out on the spot and charged me 10 bux.. unbelievable that a place like this still exists , great work at even better prices. Love the work they do; however, got a quote on a watch that needed new works. Was quoted an estimate of $60 yet when I picked it up it was $60 plus $20 labor. I used to get magnets put on my chains and the cost was $15. Now it is $15 plus a labor cost of $10. Does a tiny magnet really cost this much? When I asked about this I never got an understandable answer. That being said their work is beautiful.

Mr Mateus Is a fine example of a clockmaker and small business owner. I have taken several pieces to him for service and repair and have had excellent results with his care and attention to detail. It did take time to get the pocket watches and grandfather clock back but all were in working order and polished up very nicely. Very friendly and outstanding service

Craftsmanship lives at J&M Jewelers. I took two nicer watches into Fernando for repairs after recently moving to Williamsburg. When I entered the shop, he was working away at the bench with tremendous focus. The more I spoke to him, the more I appreciated his experience and knowledge. I picked up the first watch this morning and it looked like it was brand new. Fernando is a real craftsman that takes great pride in his work. You will not be disappointed if you choose to be a client of J&M Jewelers.

Absolutely amazing work done by this business, he went above and beyond, when fixing my watches, both diagnosing and fixing problems and issues. I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else to take care of my watches.

I went in to get three different pieces fixed. All three were done perfectly, quickly, and a great price. Super friendly as well, this has been my grandmother's go to jeweler for over a decade. Now it will be my go to stop as well.

Had a terrible experience with the owner, and I wasn't visiting his business. After hours we were visiting the ice cream shop next to his business and he basically got mad because a family was parked in a parking spot in front of his business. This was 10:30 on a Friday night when pretty much all jewelry stores would be closed. Also it was at least two to three more empty spots right next to the one he was gripping about. He proceeded to make the father stop ordering his ice cream just to move his vehicle so that he could park in that particular spot. Very disrespectful and rude. I wouldn't recommend anyone to spend a dime here for any reason.
