I like the store itself and some of the staff are nice. But the people that shop there are ridiculous and the most snobby and rude people ever! No offense to anyone personal im just stating I went there Tuesday and I should of known better. Rude women pushed me out the way by the flowers I said to her what I needed to say. I do like the variety of fruits they have. I've never seen yellow mellows and I found goose berries I've been looking for. So the store itself isn't bad. The butcher was very nice and friendly and helped me find a good steak snd it was good! Love the vic sales.

The pharmacists and technicians are friendly and helpful. Even when they are busy and you are not a current customer. I am moving my prescriptions to Harris Teeter

This was my first time at any Harris Teeter. This is a large store with all the usual grocery store offerings. I was a little disappointed in the bakery and steak options but otherwise found everything I needed.

I love HT, everything you need is there and the prices are decent. Sales and the personnel make going there a treat. Never a bad experience

I promise I’m not difficult guest, but Sherry is not a person I’d like to have to deal with at self-checkout again anytime soon. With more than an hour til close and an issue with the register, I recommend opening cashier check-out lines or replacing the “checkout chaperone”, with someone who is a little more respectful to guests. It seems as if there is a consistent attitude issue with her, when I’m not on the Harris Teeter payroll and therefore cannot be held responsible for the difficulty of self-checkout.
Also, at 9:45 at night, having two employees smoking cigarettes right next to the front door, and filling your store with the rank stench of cigarettes (we could smell it from the soda aisle) is kind of gross, and eliminates the joy of the general clean and fresh feeling of this location - which is why we choose it over other groceries in the area. I can assure you that we can find the same brands for cheaper pricing up the street if need be, but enjoy the ambiance of this location when we visit.
Saddened by our experience this evening, and have many recent experiences of a similar nature. Will look to shop elsewhere in future. Thanks!

The store was clean and will laid out. Everything looked organized. There were multiple checkouts open so the wait time was next to nothing. I liked this store.
