Tierra listen to what I was looking for as far as a hairstyle. I showed her a picture and she made me feel fabulous when I left.

I 100% RECOMMEND Tierra!!!! She is so gentle and kind!! Got my hair shampooed, conditioned, brushed, and cut for 30 dollars and then bought the shampoo she used!! Thank you so much Tierra!!!!
Requested style: I requested 3 inches off and layers and now I’m looking gorgeous
Specialties: They are very good and gentle when they are washing your hair! There sinks are meant for washing in which you can lay your head back and you will never have a sore neck and it is such an amazing experience!!!
Hair type: I have thick, long, and chlorine damaged hair and now my hair is soft and light!!

This was my first time going here. I haven’t had my hair cut or colored in 2+ years. I am weary of a lot of places because of bad experiences in the past, but Crystal was amazing! Hands down best haircut and color I’ve ever had. She is very down to earth, great sense of humor and is amazing at her job. I came in looking drab and left looking refreshed! Book your appointment with Crystal! You won’t regret it! I’m definitely going back to her in the future!

Came in for an undercut and some length trimmed, left in under 30 minutes after my appointment with a great summer cut
Stylist: My stylist was Crystal and she was very professional, kind, and helpful. She talked me through different options for undercuts to ensure I got what I wanted and was happy to allow my wife to assist in communication since I have severe hearing loss.

While on vacation I desperately needed a haircut because my regular stylist couldn't work me in before we left. I saw the Hair Cuttery while out shopping for groceries and noticed they were open on Sundays. Called early Sunday morning and scheduled an appointment with Darlene for 11:30. I arrived a few minutes early, was promptly greeted and didn't have to wait but just a few minutes and I was in the chair letting Darlene work her magic. I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation and she done an excellent job on my hair. If I actually lived in Williamsburg Darlene would be my go to for a haircut.

Kinely judges people online. So be careful sitting her chair and telling her things. People should really learn kindness or just say nothing at all.

This was probably one of the rudest hair stylists I have ever come in contact with. When we entered she exclaimed, “I guess I will have to wait to order my Chick-fil-a.” Then tried to push me into buying a hair pomade by criticizing my choice. She did an OK job on my son’s hair. No complaints there but her attitude was definitely a reason I would not ever go back. Consumer beeare.
Stylist: Young thin black lady that neglected to give her name. I mean I would too if I was that rude.

Crystal!!!! She is AMAZING! Just as her previous reviews say, she goes above and beyond and I can’t begin to tell you how happy I am with my hair. She took before and after photos and I couldn’t believe the “after” ones were even my hair. I still can’t believe it! The other young ladies were polite and spoke to everyone who came in, answered every call, the salon was clean and inviting, I wish I could give them 10 stars because they deserve it. Thank you Crystal!! You are THE BEST!!!!!!

First time I went here was a pretty bad experience, and that I felt like I was a huge inconvenience. Once we spoke with Crystal, she was willing to fix it all herself, and she did just an amazing job. She was so incredibly nice and understanding, she took as much time as my hair needed and I felt like she wanted me to be there and that she cared. Not to mention, the hair coloring she did was lovely, and I’m so happy I chose to have her fix it, because she truly went above and beyond.
