Terry wide variety of games etc. Was disappointed to see no video games or consoles. Only board games etc.

This is the third time I've tried coming to this store at 430 to find a handwritten note saying the store is closed. If this is going to be the norm, please adjust the actual hours to reflect the store being closed for an hour plus to prevent other people wasting their time.

Employees leave signs on the door saying they will be back soon, check back multiple times and no one is ever in the store and door is locked. Horrible customer service.

7/19/22...I love board games, so every chance I get, I stop at one of these stores. I'm the "Queen of Clearance Shopping", so that's exactly where I went to, the clearance section. I found two games on clearance, as well as some 2023 calendars on sale. The cashier was very friendly. She even told me I could save a few dollars by signing up for texts. I appreciated the sale and also saving a few dollars by using the coupon she mentioned to me.

Pro: variety of toys, clean environment, big parking lot. Con: Price This story is located in the Williamberg premium outlet which offer plenty of stores to visit. This store offer many's thing such as board game, plush toys, and more. The only downside is that the plush toy can be expensive.

Great store and fun atmosphere. Employees and manager are so nice and helpful. The rainbow haired employee, I think her name is Jae, was so helpful and even checked in the back for a particular item I wanted (which is so difficult to get this customer service at other retailers). So many great, interesting, and fun products. Will definitely continue shopping here!

Rude owner/manager. I asked her if they offered any discounts for healthcare workers, and got the nastiest reply. Told her I was just simply asking a question and that a simple "no" would have been suffice. Other lady behind the counter apologized for the owner/manager's attitude towards me. Will not be returning unless to return the stuff I bought.

I came to the outlets over the holiday season and 2019. I had not been since maybe 2012. My family and I were on our way to Busch Gardens figured we stop for some light shopping. There are really so many stores here. But not as many that I like to shop at. There is a Kate spade which is a huge plus plus in my book. And there's a Nike outlet that my husband really likes. He said the discounts were a lot better than the one at the Norfolk outlets.I went into the fragrance outlet hoping to maybe get a new perfume and was surprised that the prices are pretty much the same as those in there department stores. Not much of a discount at all except buy one get one half off. There was a children's place as well but I did not get to go in there I was hoping to maybe find some deals but really children's place anywhere always has deals going on. Anyway this outlet is a cool place to come for a day of light shopping, walking around, and finding some cool deals. Trust me you will walk a lot! And the stores are outdoors but the indoor is pretty warm so dress accordingly!

Wow! I was very surprised coming back here after so many years. I mean it's literally been 5-6 years since I have been to this outlet and they have really really improved the whole entire business. I used to come to this outlet thinking the prices were going to be the same as they are in this regular store, but boy was I shocked when they had some amazing deals. Specifically, the Nike store and Kate spade had some really amazing deals, like break the bank amazing deals. I'm lucky I have some self control when it comes to shopping or I would have brought the entire store. The stores at the outlet are plentiful. I think there is a store there for everyone to find what they are looking for. I will say parking does get out of control on the weekends so be prepared to park far and walk. There is sort of an outdoor mall so if the weather is adverse make sure to come prepared with an umbrella for rain, a coat for cold weather or a water bottle for the summer. I will definitely be heading back here.
