I was assisted by a sales associate, Jatoria. She was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I was looking for Girlfriend khaki slacks, and she told be that they had been rebranded. Jatoria took me to the rack where the Midrise Downtown khakis were. I found my size. However, they didn't have the colors I wanted, so she ordered them online, and they are being shipped free to my house. I returned to the store to exchange/return items, and was helped by the store manager Tasha. She knows her stuff, and is very personable. I was also assisted on the phone by Bri and Rashida. Both of whom were so kind as to hold an item for me because I couldn't come in. I had the pleasure of being helped today by Kemare. An efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly sales associate. Excellent customer service from this entire team! Thank you all!!!*****

I love their clothing. It’s really comfortable and low prices while I was there and everything was on sale. I also worked there too as a Brand Associate folding, hanging, and helping customers with what the needed. I don’t recommend working here though because customers that came in made me feel uncomfortable with their murmuring and comments. Anyways I got fired for cursing in the office talking to the lady about keeping my temper. Like I’m sorry last time I remembered we all have emotions about things. At least it wasn’t toward a customer. They also decided to wait 3 days just to tell me I don’t work there when I was in the middle of getting kicked out my home. I could’ve been making more money. I’m furious! They need to make sure only the managers answer the phone or something because I don’t know how many times I was put on hold and how much of my time was wasted. Clothes all sprawled out on display. Young staff.

More often than not, there's something on sale and worth checking out. The displays can get a bit disheveled during the busy hours.

DON't GO HERE! The store is always messy and overpriced for terrible quality clothing. If you want to save money go to Old Navy. The staff is extremely rude to customers and talk very condescendingly to you. The managers Tasha and Rashida were especially rude in how they talked to employees and customers. They were complete mean girls.

This is the best store ever. I haven’t shopped there in a while. I was thinking about getting some of those Jean shorts but I didn’t because I’m trying to do a little better with how I spent my money.
