“We have gotten several pieces from this company over the past 3 years and are always blown away by the quality of craftsmanship every time. They are truly heirloom pieces worth every penny.
The owner and his wife are extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and patient, and will help you select the perfect piece. They will work with you to customize the furniture, if possible, and offer delivery. It takes some time to get the furniture (anywhere from 1-3 months in our experience) but you won't be disappointed!
Even if there is something lacking in the piece you purchase, they will do right by you and fix it if they can- there was a large chip in the surface of the dining room table we received and when we informed them about it they placed a new order right away and replaced it at no cost. The customer service here is second to none, and it's great knowing your purchase is supporting small businesses/ families in the USA.”
“I needed to grab a few items before heading back to my room for the night and I sought out a Target to go to. I'm not sure when this one was built in the area, but it looks to be on the newer side. Walking in it was welcoming and made it feel like it was going to be a simple stop. I walked to where the items were that I knew I was going to need. The one item that I was definitely looking for was an air freshener. I was happy to see that not only did they have them in stock, but many to choose from. Unlike other stores of the caliber. The biggest hold up here was the registers. Most people are ushered to the self checkouts. There were not many regular checkouts open. Not everybody knows how to use the self checkouts, so the ushering of the people here kind of made a bottleneck and backup.”
“ReStore is Neat if looking for some reusable home remodeling supplies. Found a ceiling fan less than 20 Thank Heavens I know a handy man, because it didn't have the correct parts to put in my home had to make some modifications, then forgot to put the fancy cover back on in so we see the top wires.We saved money for the next project and we have a fan back in the room.”

“I purchased a recliner for my elderly (93) mom just over a year ago. The shop has an extensive selection of quality furniture, and the initial customer experience, from selection to delivery, was exceptional. But, the store REALLY excelled during the past two weeks. The switch on the recliner failed, and I called the shop. They found the sale record and explained that the factory was closed over the holidays, but they promised to get back to me. They actually called! I was told they had the part, and would pick up the chair for repairs, and return it the same day. Call me skeptical, but I thought "sure, you will". The chair was picked up this morning and returned, in working order, this afternoon. Thank you to Erin, and the other caring employees of this wonderful establishment. I'm duly impressed with the customer experience you have delivered! My mom sits in this chair for all her waking hours, and we are grateful to you for following through at every step.”
“I was in your Target around 10:30am today 4/25 was looking for pool noodles, I asked an employee who was working in the pool toy area if you had them, he checked and you did. He went to your storage area and about 10 minutes later he came out with a box of them. I am sorry I didn’t get his name, he is a black man that I feel went that extra mile to help. I hope you can find out who he is so you know how good he is.”
