Course condition was okay. Greens and fairways (e.g., 18) had some blemishes. Layout is somewhat tight and lined by houses.

Considering the conditions -- cold & wet -- course was in great shape. Greens were flawless.

Great course layouts and conditions with all the clubhouse amenities you could need. A little awkward with the club loading and unloading setup but still worth it.
