Mr. PJ definitely had patience with me. I ended up having to do three transactions in one. And he was so patient and gentle with the situation that it didn’t make me feel weird and I appreciate that. Especially as a single mom who has to use things like EBT plus wic plus my regular card to do the transaction. I totally appreciate him not making me feel bad about it. He was like it’s OK it’s totally fine. He did The transaction so fast nobody even noticed it. He deserves a raise ! Thank you Mr.PJ

I don’t even want to give a one star! The online grocery pick up is trash. It’s a joke! It’s suppose to be convenient to just order pick up and go. But even creating an account after spending time to pick out the groceries you need every single email address I’ve used said it’s already linked to an account (which is impossible) even went and made a whole new email address and it still told me the same thing. IF I was lucky enough at some point to get to where I needed a verification code it would never send it. Would eventually say something about an error. Went and tried to change the password would let me do that but then proceeded to tell me the password I entered was incorrect at login.

Nice, unusual layout for a Food Lion. It seemed easier to find what I came in for. Customer Service is located right next to the entry, so you get a greeting upon entering and as you leave.
