I’ve never left a review before on a shipping center for obvious reasons but Bill deserves one today! Thanks for being above & beyond helpful. Great customer service!

Guy told us yesterday that he was going to charge us $2.50 dollars less if we left some copies with them, so they did the binding and returned to us the next day. Today, we go in, and they charge us $2.50 additionally, supposedly an "FS surcharge." (That he didn't mention yesterday). It's not about being able to pay or not the $2.50. It's about manipulation, lies, and taking advantage of your customers. We don't appreciate it.

The system won’t let you talk to anyone in the store and then hung up on me.

Let me begin with the store managers were awesome! There is an associate that works there by the name of Phil and his attitude/demeanor towards me was utterly disgusting. I am not sure if his issue was my race (I am a Black Woman) but what I can share with you is that he did not greet me upon me entering the store nor did he acknowledge me. He only stated, “one of the managers will get to you.” He was sure to greet and speak to everyone else that entered that wasn’t black and even went as far as telling me to step aside because one of the managers would get to me just so that he could ring someone else up behind me.

The main guy that works at the front is always so kind and helpful!! They did an amazing job with a recent printing order- super quick (ready next day) and they cut it to the perfect size (printed with two per page). So many paper options, too. Definitely will be back for any printing needs!

I agree with the "Worst customer service experience ever" comment. I went to this store to mail an Easter present to my sister. Once the gift had been boxed, I initiated payment. The FedEx guy asked me to submit my driver's license as proof of my identity. [ I questioned this, as I mail a lot of packages and have never once encountered such a request ]. Still, I submitted my license, because--hey--I wanted the gift to arrive on time in California. The store was busy and there was a line of customers at the cash register, waiting to be served. The clerk processed my payment and shuffled some other papers around. My payment was immediate; then ,I withdrew. Once home, however, I opened my wallet and realized (due to the empty "window" in my wallet) that my license hadn't been returned to me.He feigned a look at his cash drawer, then said, "I don't have it." He left without a word, then walked to the back of the store. Within minutes, he had returned with several credit cards in his hands, which he quickly flipped through. (That had nothing whatever to do with my lost Driver's License.)He didn't do his due diligence when searching, I suspect, and definitely concluded his interaction with a customer on a sour note.As his departure gift, he made clear that I was to blame for not having my license (although he was the last person who had had it).As followup, I phoned Fed Ex, and once somone finally answered a phone, they told me, unequivocally, that they do NOT require the submission of a Driver's License in order for a customer to mail a package. (Just as I suspected.)This experience concerns me and--most of all--I wonder why the manager of that local Fed Ex didn't step in and try to help. Being deprived of one's ID is major, especially during cross-country travel. From now on, when it comes to mailing packages, I'll stick with the United States Post Office. They may not be perfect--no one is--but they've never tried to pull a fast one on me simply because they'd made a mistake!By the way, I have called the national FedEx number again and again, they verified that they do NOT require a Driver's License to send a package! As a final note: It's absurd that Fed Ex provides no customer support except in the form of robots, who ask you to push one number or another in order to proceed and, when supposedly asking what you want, the bot can't understand a word you're saying. Thumbs down! Way down.

This is the second time I have taken cardstock to be cut. Both times the job was cut incorrectly, even though I went over the sizes to be cut 3 times. They have caused me wasted cardstock and having to go elsewhere (as I do not trust this store) and have it cut again, paying more. If you want a job done right, go somewhere else.
