There were 3 associates working when we visited. We holiday in the UK every year and shop at Fatface stores in Cornwall. We were excited to visit a store state-side. We were in the store for maybe 20 minutes and saw several items we wanted to buy. The Associates showed no interest to come over to help. They were busy talking about their playlists on their phones. So, we left.

I had never heard of this store before and we wandered inside just to see what it was all about. I'm so glad I did! It's a British company with some nice outdoor/skii-type clothing and I actually found a really nice black puffer jacket on sale for 70% off inside and got a steal on it! They had some really cute clothing inside and I visited the website to find some cute shoes, accessories, dresses and other items as well as jewelry and more. Staff inside were friendly and it's right in the main part of the shopping/walking/dining district of downtown Williamsburg so you can easily pop in and take a look while visiting some of the other shops or going to the Colonial Williamsburg part.

Love the clothes! Quality is superb! My son is very active and the threads on his jackets n hoodies are amazing! My hubbys pull over is awesome too! They dont make good quality anymore so I love this about these guys..please dont stop producing great quality! Picture is funny but it was our anniversary dinner at home.

Great selection and friendly staff. The prices are a bit steep but the clothing wears very very well.
