I come here often for varies things throughout the year but today I was collecting items for a women’s shelter through my church and when I explained our cause, Alexander (I hope I spelled that right!) gave me his card to help pay for the items. Dollar tree, I hope you know how BLESSED you are to have this man as an employee.

Ann helped me find two items that I couldn't find after walking around the store searching for them. Her customer service is amazing! I only wish I could find the level of service she brings here to most of the stores I shop at. Just when I thought Ann had wowed me enough, I was in line making my purchases when I noticed my nail polish remover leaking. Ann heard me tell my cashier that it was leaking, so she quickly left to get another one. Dollar Tree is very fortunate to have Ann, and so are we! Thank you Ann for your exemplary customer service! You are very much appreciated for what you do every day! :-D

It's a tall black guy with gray dreads/ braids name alex who works in this store who has no respect for woman or kids. I watch him disrespect this lady and her kids and when the manager was called she walks up and tells him thanks for doing such a wonderful job. The whole store just looked puzzled because he was being rude towards alot of the customers and was very loud ..

Poor person working the register always seems to be the only one here and has a line backed up to the aisles constantly then has to stop and blow up balloons for people while the line constantly gets longer. Any help or management here seems non existent

This review is to commend Mrs. Elizabeth. My husband & I was shopping at this location today and was very disturb that Mrs. Elizabeth was the ONLY employee in the entire store. Which this is not the first time this has happened. Although the line had been long from the moment we walked in the store, Mrs. Elizabeth remained very friendly. Even when the customers seemed to be frustrated, she still remained calm & very friendly. She greeted every customer with a smile as she rang each sale. Although, I do not believe this woman should have been doing this shift alone, I was very appreciated of her amazing customer service and kindness. I asked her had she eaten and she said no. My husband & purchased her some lunch. When I went to take her the food , the line had gotten longer than when I left the first time. I do hope the management/regional does something to show their appreciation for her dedication to her position. I do also hope they staff this store properly. It is a very busy store and needs a good team.

This Dollar Tree location is very poorly organized and check out lines are very long but I do appreciate how nice and welcoming the employees are

Dollar Tree impresses me with its cleanliness, which is not always expected at a dollar store. The staff is friendly, and the store has a well-organized layout. It makes for a pleasant shopping experience, especially considering the prices.
