Had the absolute best pedicure I’ve ever had. Anna did a really great job. She also did my manicure. Loved the attention to detail she gave me. Definitely a great place.
Cleanliness: They clean the pedicure bowl in between people. That doesn’t happen in other places I have visited in Williamsburg.

Cleanliness: HANDSDOWN BEST PLACE especially for visitors & out of town Guests. They have been around for over 15 years serving our family! It took a minute to find you. ***Remember when you were next to KYU's shoe repair/Tuesday Morning/Big Lots (Monticello Rd.)*** Excellent customer service. (Hidden Gem!!!) Thank you Kelly ? ? ?. The set up is very nice, they have complementary cokes and water which is very nice. For my nails I asked for acrylics and they did not give me any and they completely messed up one nail and never fixed it. I would not recommended for acrylic nail sets.

My partner and I went in for a pedicure and I also got a take off and new dip set. Theresa and Anna did our pedicures and Kelly did my nails. The quality of our pedicures was amazing. Both techs spent time and did not rush. All the tools were clean and sterile. Kelly did a wonderful job w my nails. I unfortunately got a chip on one of the nails, which was my own fault and Kelly fixed this for me free of charge. I will 100% be returning.

Everyone was so kind and welcoming! It was my first time in there and I will be going back from now on! It was very clean and looked comfortable and cute inside the building. I asked for a refill on my acrylic nails and the man that did my nails exceeded my expectations and they are the best nails I've ever had! Fantastic place, highly recommend going if you are looking for a new go to place to get nails done!

I requested my eyebrows to be done. When she (Kim) finished, my skin was burning. I thought that was very unusual but figured it would feel better shortly. That night and the following morning my skin was still irritated and saw in the morning that my skin is actually BURNED. I immediately went to the salon. Kim was apologetic and gave me the 10$ back. The money is absolutely not the issue! It's my burned eyelids. worse is that they want to say that I must have had something on my skin . I did not. I will not return there EVER

I visited this nail place expecting a relaxing pampering session, but it turned into a nightmare. The workers were not only rude but also had a gross dog running around the salon. To make matters worse, they were touching the dog and then touching my hands without any regard for hygiene or safety.
I was shocked when I saw the condition of the dog, and I couldn't believe they allowed it to roam freely in a place where customers come for nail services. It was unprofessional and unsanitary.
The final straw was when I asked for a refund for nails that I didn't like and had on for only 3 minutes. The workers refused to give me a refund, displaying a complete lack of customer service and care.
Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this nail place. The experience was beyond disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

This place was perfect for us! The staff here was very sweet and kind. I got myself a dip manicure for the first time, and loved it!! All my questions were answered, and my girlfriend and I had a well-deserved afternoon of self-love, just as planned!❤️

Best set Ive ever gotten! As a chronic acrylic wearer, Ive had my fair share of bad or uneven shapes. The workers at this studio were patient and hard-working in filling my nails (previously done at a different salon) and make the shape from a rushed, wide oval-ish to a beautiful and even coffin shape. Every few moments I would glance at my hands and be amazed at how much better and better they were looking. They make sure that they are the perfect width and shape! and at a perfectly reasonable price considering the time and care they put into it. The workers are also super sweet and patient with indecisive people (like myself). 100% found my new salon

They techs were very polite. The issue was that they didn’t use clean tools. They brought a cart directly over from another clients chair from their pedicure for my mom and then for mine the tools had dead skin in them before even touching me. When confronted they went and got clean tools. They definitely should have started with clean tools.
