Oscar is the BEST! Although he was under the weather, he promptly took care of our towing need. I would 10/10 use this service again. Just when I though customer service was a lost art, Oscar renewed my faith!

We were in Williamsburg on vacation when our battery died. We called several companies, Oscar was the first to answer even though he had been up all night on other jobs. He arrived promptly and was able to jump start our car and even let us follow him to the nearest auto shop for a battery. Oscar was professional, kind and went above and beyond. This great experience was topped off with his reasonable pricing.

This business is professional, effective, and efficient. The overall best tow service I’ve ever worked with! They respond in a timely manner. They are ACTUALLY 24 hours. Their time estimates are ACCURATE. Oscar is a gem! Highly affordable and Highly Recommend!

Best customer service! My first interaction with Colonial Towing was when someone ran a red light totaling my car. Jason showed up and helped me get personal affects out of the car and met me again(days later) so I could get photos. Yesterday evening my wife's car wouldn't start(yes I tried to jump several times) so I called this morning and Jason showed up with a smile and towed it to the dealer. Super friendly interaction again. I will be calling Colonial Towing in the future when in need. They are a glimmer of hope that there are still good/honest folks still around. Thank you all again!

Oscar to the rescue! 10 minutes after I called him, Oscar and his driver showed up with a flat bed for my truck and a tow for my trailer. Hooked up and off to the dealership in 15 minutes

Hands down best business experience I’ve had, I work at a dealership that deals with transport and towing on a daily basis. Oscar stands out like a shining star in comparison, he’s punctual, had great communication throughout the process of getting my truck towed, and above all was as friendly and funny as could be. I felt like my own family member was loading my f-350 up with me. There were some snags along the way that anyone else could’ve denied the service but Oscar stayed persistent and determined to get my truck where I needed it. 5 stars and a long term customer if I’m ever in the need of transport or towing again.Services: Special vehicle towing

Oscar was amazing. Me and my husband had a situation with our car. He answered our call and came really fast. He was caring and very polite. Not to mention he is a professional. We not only paid him without hesitation, we even tiped her because he not onluy went beyond, he responded to our call even he was going to be back home late tonight. Oscar God bless you! OSCAR was a godsend! He did way beyond any level of customer service could be granding on! I truly believe he was a vessel sent to me from God yesterday afternoon after my car hydroplane in the middle of the 64 highway in all that terrible rain yesterday. He truly was about just making sure I was okay and kept reassuring me the most important part is that you are okay. Unfortunately I loved in Hampton and not in York county where the accident happened and I don't have any close relatives or friends in the area,so he sprung into action and gave me a ride all the home and to my daughter's daycare just so I could pick her and get us home safely. I've only been in the area 3 years and the level of respect and kindness he showed is definitely what the good Lord speaks in the bible and restores my faith even more. There's a for sure reason why the good Lord has blessed him to be in business all these years,I hope that light he has in him continues to shine brighter than ever and inspires others to be that kind. That outpour of care he showed has made me ever so humble and grateful and thankful to God I am still able to celebrate Christmas with my daughter this year. Oscar was absolutely wonderful. We called at 9pm on a Saturday night for a tow. He arrived quickly and offered assistance. He was very pleasant to work with. We ended up not even needing a tow because he helped my husband with his battery to at least get his car drivable so he could just replace his own battery instead of being dropped off at an auto garage. This company is amazing and will definitely be recommending only them to anyone that needs roadside assistance.

I’m not usually one to give reviews because a lot of businesses don’t put in much effort. Well, I definitely had to leave one for Colonial Towing because they came through when I really needed help.I got stuck in the Busch Gardens parking lot at 11:30 at night with 4 kids, all tired & hungry. My car wouldn’t start and couldn’t be jumped. I hadn’t heard of Colonial, so I just went down a list of towing companies in the Williamsburg area that were open. Every single one I spoke with shot me down. They had different reasons, but mostly because I need to be towed to another county.By the time I contacted Oscar at Colonial it was 1am. He had a totally different attitude. He was pleasant & friendly and seemed happy to help me. He came out promptly, and did a professional job. Got my car on the trailer, then drove me to where I needed to go. He was a very pleasurable conversationalist even though it was the middle of the night.
