Constant disappointment. I go there often, it is convenient. But recently, in last 6-12 months, there are constantly issues with this place. First, while ago I came in and noticed the sprayer wand broken/bent. I noticed before even swiping my card, so I did not use it.
Then for a while, the amount of foam coming from the brush was almost non existing. One time the attendant was there, and he put in some tokens in the next bay for me, but it was the same situation. I was subbing my car with barely wet brush.
Another time I came in, swiped my Credit Card, selected the high pressure wash, and the wand was broken AGAIN!!!!! (Pic below)
Then finaly the straw that broke camels back, another time:
I swiped the card, it said it changed me $0.25. It worked, but stopped after 2min and 30 to 45 sec. So I swiped again, same thing happened. Swiped third time, same thing again. But by then I finished the car. Few days later I look and see three charges: 2x $19.50, and 1x$9,75. This machine should max out at 9.75 per swipe, that's how it always worked. I called the phone number on the building, of course nobody picked up. I left a message. It has been a month now, nobody called me back. (Pic below) Save your time and money, this place is not reliable, and customer service is non existent ....

Do not, I repeat do not use their drive through. The water was so stinky it had to be corrosive and after going through it i suspect the undercarriage wash killed my alternator as an hour later my battery light came on. The first and only time I'll ever go there. The smell of the water was disgusting. My piss poor luck to try them

$16 for the best wash and I still have dirt on the car... It wasn't even really that dirty, but I can still see dirt spots all over that it missed and looking out the windows, you can tell the spots it cleaned and where it missed. Seriously, for $16, just find a better place to go... smh

Manual spray stopped halfway through washing, so I had to give my card info again to continue. (It seems there is a stopping point to the card charging that caps out at $9.77.) Then, even after I was done, the system kept billing my card until it got to the cutoff again which billed me an extra $2.77. (I stopped at $7.00, but it billed me $9.77)
I also tried the automatic car wash on a different day. Upon completion, there was soap still on the car, and it missed scrubbing the dust off the middle of the back of the car.

Pretty good car wash. Self service and automatic washers. The vacuums are strong. The property is very clean. They use cash, credit card and tokens (I don't understand why tokens are still a thing). It is well lit for use at night.

Was looking for a touch free car wash to take my new car too and THIS IS THE ONE!! It does a phenomenal job. It is shining and it didn't leave any spots at all.

This place used to be good. And my Go To. But not anymore. I used to be able to do full manual wash on Jeep for $10. Not anymore. They shortened the wash cycle and now I cannot even finish small sedan.
Also for a while now the “foam brush” has barely any foam coming out. So you end up rubbing semi dry brush all over your car paint. Save your time and money. Not worth the trouble.

from their response: "Thousands of happy customers" huh? With 350 reviews? Math is hard I guess... I don't think so, not with the 3.7 star review .... And they did not address the dry foam brush at all. Still, not worth the trouble

Unfiltered water left terrible spots. Another customer was allowed to hand-wash their car, tying up a wash bay while the place was full.

Every two months I stop by here to run my work vehicle through the automated car wash. Typically there is always an attendant. That’s very helpful if you have questions good value for the money as far as car washes go.

I do not recommend the touchless automatic car wash; it is a waste of money. I have tried it twice with the same results. The other options may be better. I have included photos of my car, after it was washed.
