Check the "not recommended" Yelp reviews and BBB complaint... I was charged a consult fee made payable to Christine Estep, not her business (Jackson Thomas Interiors, even though I was told there would NOT be a consultation fee. She needs to get on the same page as her staff.) She could not provide a contractual agreement that would outline the scope of the relationship. Because she demanded a check payable to her personally and the ambiguity of what she would provide, I did not choose to work with this Firm. Read the BBB complaint and hidden reviews on Yelp; YP, Houzz, Porch, Find Hampton Roads, Merchants Circle and Google.

BUYER BEWARE!
Christine Estep is a crook, liar, thief, bully, and everything else that describes someone who uses incredibly poor business practices. But don't just take my word for it-- read the reviews. And contact the local people to find out what she does to those who write bad reviews about her.
There's so much more to how she swindled me, but not enough paper to write it all down. My advice to you is to check with the Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General's Office Dept of Consumer Protection. And with the locals.

BUYER BEWARE! I feel Christine Estep owner of Jackson Thomas Interiors Williamsburg, VA is a very DISHONEST and SHADY CHARACTER. She lied to me on multiple issues to get a deposit, then did not remotely honor what she had said. I now have had to file suit to get my deposit back! HORRIBLE!
