Always excellent service. My dog has fear aggression and has gotten kicked out of 3 boarding facilities. She has been going to clip it up since she was a puppy and she is now 8. They really try and work with her which I appreciate.

My WESTIE cut was lopsided around her head, they didn't do a puppy cut of the face. Within a week, my girl didn't look like she had been groomed. I feel they are not experienced enough to do certain breeds. Not likely to use them again.

Recently moved to the area and it’s hard to find a place that grooms cats as it is… This place is fantastic and we will most definitely be back! I have a 10+ year old kitty and she was treated wonderfully. The staff are so sweet and although it’s a 8-930AM drop off with a 5-6PM pick up, it’s completely worth it and I know my kitty is in good hands. She came home groomed very well and very happy.

Took my two border collies and they came out wonderful. They did a great job on their feet, nails, and thinking out the coat.Check in time is 0800 to 0930. My only wish is to get my older guys out as soon as possible. But no matter what I usually am not called until around 1630/4:30pm. I am sure the dogs are fine, but I worry when they aren't around.Very reasonable with their prices.I have yet to ask about tooth brushing or expressing anal glands. Will update this when I know more.

I am so so happy with these ladies. I'm new to Williamsburg and they did a great job on my Pug "Monkee". All the staff is so friendly, great prices, and all the dogs were smiling! Thank you

My dog got a terrible haircut. It is uneven on his face, paws, legs and chest weren't trimmed. I took him back in to show them and they did offer to take him back and make corrections but I refused since he had been there 7 hours and they didn't get it right the first time. The shop was very chaotic and not very clean. They did not offer to refund any of the charges.

I have a little mutt (30 lbs) that hates to have her nails clipped and they're black so it's even harder. The vet told me to sedate her and bring her back which I think is ridiculous and other groomers wouldn't even try. Clip it was able to do it within 10 minutes and they were even able to grind them nice too. I will definitely be coming back.
