I went to Casey Toyota on a Friday to try and get a car. I submitted all my information and was told I'd get a call Saturday. I received a text from the sales rep Saturday asking for more paystubs. I emailed them Sunday...I heard nothing On Sunday, Monday, I called Tuesday and left a vm. I had to call again Wednesday and ask for the salesman. Unfortunately, I was not approved. However, the salesman knew for days that I wasn't approved and he chose not to call me back. I believe that is poor customer service. I even waited on hold for his manager, only to be hung up on and when I called back(3x), the desk person did not pick up the phone. This isn't about being denied, it is about treating people with respect and not ghosting them for 4 days. Do better.

I was able to schedule pretty soon an appointment for an oil change, inspection of break pads and rotors. The service was completed in an efficient time. There was free refreshing drinks and comfortable waiting area. I recommend this place.

Spoke to someone supposedly at the dealership about a truck listed on their web site. Said the truck was available and did I want to schedule an appointment. I said I'd be there tomorrow to see the truck and test drive it. When I got there it wasn't even on the lot yet. So I drove from Roanoke to Williamsburg and the truck wasn't even on the lot. They had never seen the truck and said it was off site getting some warranty work done after I gave them the stock number off their own website. Incompetent in so many ways. Don't waste your time dealing with them and don't trust what you see on their web site or tell you by phone.

So I don't know if their is new management or new customer service people but I would do an all stop and conduct some customer service training. I make an appointment for service 1545 to have my truck services, i ex pet my truck to be in the back being serviced by 1555 the latest or you come out and tell me why otherwise why have appointment. sometime last year I took my truck in and told them my front driver wheel sensors battery is low. Did they change it. nope. they tried resetting it by letting the air out and filling it up. Guess what I had to do a few days later. Yep, take it back and have them change the sensor. Ive been loyal to them for about 6 years. Maybe it's time to find a company that will show that loyalty back.

RE: the shop - This place is a machine, but a well-oiled one. Every time and every moment was choreographed and went exactly as scheduled- needed an inspection, I dropped off the car and waited in the waiting room (with the super-awesome desk-swing-out-tables for the chairs) and 55 minutes later I received a text message while simultaneously someone came to the door and called my name. Definitely bringing my cars here for any major work.

I brought my suv in for a scheduled oil change and I was told it would take 45 min- 1 hr. Unfortunately I had to wait 2.5 hrs . I had to ask twice what was going on but no one seem to know what's going on. It's ridiculous that a simple oil change would take 2.5 hours to do. They knew I was waiting there for the vehicle but no one communicated to me what's going on. After waiting that I weird of time they told me my car was read but no apologies for such bad service. I left not knowing that they didn't give me paperwork from my oil change services so I had to go back to get them. I've used them in the past for oil changes and other services but after this experience I definitely will take my vehicle elsewhere.

We arrived from out of town with a bad tire. They accommodated us quickly and even performed the 5,000 mile check on our car. This was all within an hours time. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Use them for oil changes and mechanical issues without any problems. They have squeezed me in for appointments last minute, and are always courteous and professional. My current Toyota Camry was purchased in another state, however, I plan to see what kind of trade in value they can give for an upgrade this weekend..hopefully we can make a deal

This dealership has been so good to my Family and me. We have purchased many vehicles and it is always a pleasure! GM Mark and his team are awesome! Thanks to John Ogden for all he did with a car purchase for my dad and brother in law! These are great people!

We just bought our 2nd vehicle from Casey Toyota. This one was pre-owned. We got there at 330 and they closed at 500. They were very rushed to get us out, as were we. We bought a $30,000 jeep. When we left it was under 1/4 rank gas and was very dirty. The steering wheel was grungy and the windows were dirty and needed vacuumed. We had to return next day to get 2nd key so we asked if we could get more gas and have jeep detailed. The salesman said "no, we don't do that for used cars!" Really 30,000$ and you can clean it or put a little gas in it? My opinion of this dealership just went from 5 stars to 3. Small details is all it would take. We did not get a 2nd key. They can't find it....

Waited three hours for an oil change, state inspection, tire rotation and balance. Although the balance was not performed according to their paperwork. Was told I was "forgotten" because they were so backed up. They did comp me for the work they did, which was appreciated as I was there three hours! However, this is the third time Casey Toyota has done me dirty. Three times and you are out, never taking my business there again. Don't even want to give them one star.

We went to Casey Toyota today at 2 pm. We looked at a sequoia with a sticker price of $66,223. We asked to put a deposit on the car and they told us they were busy and could not do it at the moment. We said we will be coming back today to buy the car. They just called us at 3:30 pm and told us the price of the car has increased to $72,000. The car is a Sequoia limited 2022. We called Toyota headquarters and they gave us a case number. The increase in price is false advertisement and price gauging I also read another similar review. It is like a bait and switch. They increased the price of the car after we said we were purchasing it

Among other things, they refused to fix several issues with my brand new Toyota RAV4 that I bought from them. The service team is shady, and the sales team is too.

What a terrible way to do business!! This was potentially the third car we would have purchased from Casey, but will GLADLY NO LONGER do business with them. We called ahead on a used car on the website without a price; customer service told us that it had just come in and they didn't have a price, but to come in and see it. My husband drove all the way up there and the car wasn't even on the lot! In fact, Casey Toyota hasn't even SEEN the car, they have no idea what kind of condition it is in, but somehow they've put a ridiculous price on it. Had we been given the price over the phone, or known ahead of time that it wasn't even on the lot, my husband would not have wasted his time bothering to come in... wow, who seriously treats customers like this???
