Paid 39$ for basically just a wash. The guy worked on drying the jeep off for 45 minutes and did not detail the inside. Would not recommend

Mike’s (Buggy Bathe) Platinum Plus Autodetailing was phenomenal. Truly. We’d bought our daughter a used car thinking we’d be able to address the car’s strong smell, but all of our efforts were not enough till now. Mike’s work was nothing short of magic due to his expertise. When our daughter saw/smelled the cleaned interior of her car, she exclaimed “It is like I have a new car!” Simply amazing!

Went there yesterday with my truck. I bought the governors carriage. I had to pay $10 extra for a truck. It was done at 6pm when they closed. I looked at truck quickly, I thought it looked ok. Riding home I noticed a dirty wind shield, dust on the dash, dirt in edges of seats, center cup holder had debris in it, kick panels and floor mats were still dirty, floors are dirty. That was interior. When I got home I noticed the truck bed still had dirt in it, the top of the bumper was dirty, there were places on the body that were dirty and my antenna had been broken off. My truck is a pavement princess, so it wasn’t that dirty. I reread the package and what was included….maybe I over estimated what all they were supposed to do. They told me to come back in this morning but I’m not going to waste my time. I will chalk it up to a learning experience and just be done with it. I know they don’t care, but I will never go back to them.

So, this car wash spot is actually pretty solid. I've been going here for a while now, and honestly, I haven't had many issues. Whenever I notice a spot or two that needs a bit more attention, I just let the guys know, and they're cool about fixing it up. No fuss, no drama, just good service.
What I really dig is their pricing. It's fair for what you get, especially since I can swing by as many times as I want in a month. That's a perk I definitely appreciate. And hey, every time I roll out of there, my car's gleaming like it's fresh off the showroom floor. Can't complain about that!

Mike, the internal detailing tech, is an artist. My car was a 10 year old war zone due to kids, dogs, and long cross country drives. My wife forced me to go get it detailed. Wish I did it sooner. The inside of my car looks like it did when it came off the lot back in 2014.
Big props to him. And if he sees this post, sorry for the extra work. Much respect

Horrible. Got the most expensive package wash package and they missed a lot of spots. Didn’t touch the windshield pocket still bunch of dirt and leaves on the car still and lots of spots with pollen still. Paid to have the mats washed and they never did. We waited so long and was in a hurry I just left.even asked them for air freshener they didn’t do that. Paid for top package and they skipped a lot that should have been included won’t be back.
This is in response to the owner. -you didn’t even address why I wasn’t given a air freshener or apologize and you lied about the mats being pressure washed I know they weren’t cause it had same dried mud on it before and wasn’t even touched plus the mats were bone dry… and you twisted my words making it seem like yall didn’t have time to finish my car when reality yall missed a bunch of spots didn’t even include everything it was supposed to come with the shine master package that I paid for so yall ripped me off: and said it was ready. My mom was there too and couldn’t believe how messy a job it was. And pollen doesn’t fall that fast lol always lying and making stuff up. I’ve been a loyal customer always tipped staff well and tipped very well today and this is how you treat me. Didn’t offer a rewash or even apologize that I didn’t get everything I paid for just more and more lies from the owner..

Normally I’m pleased; however, today was an exception. Had I known that they aren’t fully staffed until later in the morning I would have waited to come… instead I thought I could jump in and get a car wash fairly quickly by being here early. Nope… already going on 30 minutes and it hasn’t even started down the wash line! Taking way longer than normal because they only have a couple of people actually working.
Giving me time to look around - the interior could use a face-lift.
