Do not sacrifice fair gas prices for nad customer service! The owner, yea the OWNER racially profiled my friend and retiring service member while buying a soda. It’s a shame with the turmoil and u rest in this country we love that this is still an issue. If you see his service station drive a mile or less to the next. He is NOT among the best that America represents. Seek gas/ service elsewhere

In addition, even if you are buying something from the convenience store. There is a sign that says “Don’t even think about parking here”. I guess they save the best spots for themselves and their paying customers have to be inconvenienced. Do not buy gas or shop here, they do not respect their customers.

Please by all means avoid the BP at 4197 Centerville rd in Williamsburg VA . The owner is extremely RACIST. He said to me, he doesn't need my type of peoples money. So I didn't give it to him. And then he kept asking what I wanted. And I told him another gas station. And then said , all you people want to do is steal anyway . So I gave him some choice words . Got in my Escalade and left. And I will NEVER patronize that gas station again .

Racial profiling is real. Please stop spending your money where you are not appreciated. Respectfully request that you do not support these actions nor this establishment. Please note that I am talking about the Owner!!!!

The employees are friendly, but the owner is EXTREMELY rude. Yells at customers and tries to pick fights.

I really want to like this gas station due to its country feel right beside a corn field, easy in and out, and its convenience to my home. They serve hot breakfast and lunch from their kitchen, good place to buy lotto tix, pumps are rarely out of order, etc. I've been going there for gas and occasional lotto tickets for maybe five years. However, two recent experiences have soured me on them. First, a couple months ago when the cost of gas skyrocketed, the pump shut me off at $100 (pay at the pump with credit card). I restarted the pump on a second transaction and completed my filling up--no big deal. When I asked the gentleman at the counter (who identified himself as the owner/manager) if he could possibly raise the credit card purchase limit especially with his clientele being heavily weighted to trades people and landscape crews who drive big trucks, he seemed to take offense by his tone and insistence that in his sixteen years as an owner/manager this is the way it's always been and suggested I call BP or my credit card company since he has nothing to do with setting the credit card limits. That being the case, he could have simply stated that in a more customer-centric way. Ok, maybe I pushed the envelope when I said it was doubtful that my Amex card had anything to do with BP's fraud prevention practices. So I chalked that one up to a bad day.But my experience more recently took the cake. I was in buying usual lotto tix with a fiver: three Cash Five (dollar each) one Bank a Million (two dollars). Five bucks, right? No--it's eight dollars said the female cashier. Just then the same male owner/manager from my previous encounter swooped into the conversation. He insistently said the price for Cash Five had gone up to two dollars, it was no longer an option to buy into the EZ Match (what was an extra dollar a play). It comes automatically with each play said he! I was caught off guard and just went on and paid the extra three dollars. A later fact-check on the VA Lottery site confirmed that ticket prices for this game have not changed. It looks to me like his cashier keyed-in the ticket order incorrectly with the optional EZ Match without asking, then the manager fabricated a story to cover her error. Very sad. Very unnecessary. So now I can look forward to getting an attitude and feeling cheated when I patronize this business? Some would ask why not just take my business elsewhere and report this episode to the VA Lottery Commission? I dunno, I still consider it "my" gas station.

Been here a few times with no problems until today. As I walked in, the cashier was screaming at a customer and cussing him out. I dont know what the circumstances were so I won't say anything about that. But when it was my turn to check out, the cashier still felt it was more important to continue arguing with this customer instead of checking me out. I stood there for a minute while this employee was losing his mind and totally ignoring me. I eventually had to say "Hey! I have to go man!!" Cashier finally acknowledged me at that point and checked me out. It was a very strange and uncomfortable experience. Not a good look at all. Probably won't be back after that.

Store is very cluttered and items are not easy to find. I also witnessed employees yelling and being rude to customers. I would not recommend shopping there and I will no longer return to purchase anything.

We stopped at the Greensprings Grocery on Centerville Road in Williamsburg, VIRGINIA to fill our boat with “off-road”diesel fuel. Mr. Patel, the owner, refused to unlock the off-road pumps for fear of being fined. My husband tried to explain that a boat did not drive on the road and the law read that a marine vehicle did not have to pay the built-in tax. The discussion became heated quickly and we left unhappy and disturbed with our treatment.I admire business owners - especially ones who come to this country and follow the law. But it is their responsibility to know the laws that apply to that business. Mr. Patel obviously has not availed himself of these laws. All he needed to do was Google the law in question. He sells your products and is your representative in our community. Maybe you could educate him about the laws that apply to selling your product.

Will not be back. They're more concerned about their gas pumps and parking, than the quality of "food" being served.
