I needed a dress last minute and just when I thought I’d be out of luck they pulled this beautiful dress from the back. They gave me the number to a local seamstress and I was able to go in same day! I’m so thankful to them for helping me find such a beautiful dress!

As an older mother of a bride- to -be, I ordered and returned half a dozen gowns from Nordstrom, Saks and Dillards. None were appropriate for me. I found my perfect dress at Binn’s of Williamsburg. They have a huge selection of beautiful gowns for special events (and lots of well-made clothes of all categories).With the expert help of Kim, Linda and Joanne, I was able to put everything together with purse and jewelry. They really care that you find the right dress for you. Alterations will be done there before the wedding. So glad I went to Binn’s!

I've been a customer of Binn's since my first visit to the area 18 years ago. It's my favorite Williamsburg store. Binn's has an extensive collection of high-quality casual and formal attire as well as a variety of other items, both eclectic and beautiful. I've purchased shoes, clothing, original artwork, soaps, lotions, and figurines, most of which can't be found at other area stores.The staff is extremely helpful and know their inventory. I've never been disappointed in the service received nor the items purchased.

Binn's is always a 'must visit' place when I visit Williamsburg! I have bought prom dresses, evening wear, and day to day staples here! Not only is the staff friendly and genuinely interested in helping their clients, but their spirits are SO up lifting.You can tell they really care about their consumers, and making every shopping experience a great one. Their alterations team spent several weekends with me this fall to get my dress just right.

Moments ago, I telephoned to place an order. Someone picked up the receiver but then there was silence at the other end of the line. When I said "hello," the person at the other end immediately hung up the phone. Evidently, they have stopped doing business. My mother stopped in looking for a mother of the bride dress, and had a terrible experience. Truly high class establishments are kind to their customers, they don’t talk poorly about their customers to co-workers and act like helping a customer is a bother. Consider hiring salespeople who don’t look down their nose at customers. I have shopped at luxury stores in many locations, in the US and internationally, and have never been treated in such a way at Burberry or Harvey Nichols, for example. You have to keep in mind you have no idea how much money people have to spend. Just because someone isn’t carrying a Chanel or Louis Vuitton handbag doesn’t mean they aren’t there ready to spend, and if you don’t want their money, keep doing what you’re doing.

My sister and I went to Binns today to (hopefully) purchase our Mother of the Bride dresses. Her daughter is getting married Nov.14, and my daughter Jan16. We found our dresses!!!Linda spent almost 3 hours working with us to find the perfect dress. She knows her inventory so well and chose dresses that perfectly flattered our figures. We both narrowed our choices to 3 dresses, and then two and THE ONE!! This involved lots of trying on of dresses ( we had to be sure, you know), lots of pictures on our phones and texted to our daughters, Linda remained patient and helpful throughout. I HIGHLY recommend Binns for anyone looking for a special occasion dress. The selection was very good and the service was excellent. Thank you to Linda and her crew!!! You gals were fabulous!!!I LOVE my dress!!!
