I love BBW. We were greeted at the door and given a basket while being briefed on sales. I love that they have testers so you can try before you buy. Especially since we all have different body chemistry that makes the flavors smell different. The associates in this store were super friendly and helpful.

I scheduled a pickup for online order and when I got to the store they were fairly busy however they have several people walking around but only one person at the register she was going as quickly as you could but just felt like they needed more people at the registry

I have been a customer since their beginning and this is the worst service I’ve had. They limit what items you get for free rewards to what’s on one table of bath items.
