“This morning, Tyneesha at the service desk called to let me know that one of the items I ordered that was in stock, is not in a box, and likely because it was a little damaged. I wouldn’t want it and she wasn’t going to have it delivered to me. She coordinated an in stock item with another store and is having it delivered tomorrow. She went above and beyond, and easily could have just delivered the damaged product without going the extra mile.
I would not expect this level of service from Home Depot, and I’m so grateful to Tyneesha for not doing the easy thing and having the damaged item delivered”

Found a ceiling fan less than 20 Thank Heavens I know a handy man, because it didn't have the correct parts to put in my home had to make some modifications, then forgot to put the fancy cover back on in so we see the top wires.We saved money for the next project and we have a fan back in the room.”
