My grandkids and I had a great time at the Williamsburg location. We were able to get a free game and rentals for the kids because of the Kidfest special.. even reduced rates on rentals for me and discounts on food items! All the ladies at the counter were especially friendly, patient and very helpful. Wendy (rocked our pizza!) and Ashley were the most awesome!! …they made the whole experience even more enjoyable because they were genuinely interested in making sure we had fun. We look forward to our next visit!

this place was very rude and not well managed, i had my personal ball get stuck in the machine for well over an hour and not one employee did anything about it, i had to stay after they closes just to have my ball returned to me, i was highly unsatisfied with my experience and will not be returning

Our church did a volunteer bowling party there last night. They have amazing deals for large groups. The general and assistant mangers there were extremely accommodating! All of our food came out quick and was fresh. They got our shoes for 120 people in a quick and timely manner so we could get right to bowling. The managers themselves accommodated the dietary restrictions of our group and ensured all of our needs were met. They had extra workers on site for our large party to ensure food was constantly being replenished.
They even threw in some extra arcade passes on top of the ones that came with our package. Since AMF was bought out by Bowlero they’ve revamped their arcade space. It’s now triple the size of what it used to be.

Extremely expensive - - you pay $7 per pair of shoes plus $6 per person, per game. And the machine gets stuck sometimes so they have to manually reset it. Otherwise, it's a nice atmosphere with guys seating and big balls plus an arcade and fits delivered to your table.

It was ok, waited at the counter for like 5-10 min for someone to even help us, the lanes were ok, some damaged gutters, chips in the approach, $7/game $6/shoe rental, they put a card on the lane then charge the card after you are finished. Seems good for kids

Venue seemed small based on the size of the bowling competition; most of the competitors were from Maryland. Parking was adequate. Staff were professionals, but they needed more people. Eventhough it was crowded, the bathrooms were clean.

The service was horrible the works don’t care, made us wait over hour and 30 mins for our food and then we watch people come in after us and get there food before us. Once we got the food it was cold and not fresh. One of the workers was very unprofessional, talk to me any type of way, the drinks are HORRIBLE, ask for strawberry Hennessey and basically got straight juice. Please rethink before visiting here! I will NEVER come back when I visit. PERIOD!!!!!! Do NOT eat there food! Bowling was great though!!!!

My family and I were having a total blast bowling until one of the managers, Quinton, came up to me and told me that I had to put my water bottle and protein shake in my car. I tried to explain to him that I had gastric surgery recently and I cannot have anything but liquids, and HAVE to continuously drink fluids, and he said it doesn’t matter and I can’t have outside drinks. He said “if you read the sign on the door…” I’m all for rules and I get that no one will pay the excessive Bowlero prices for food or drink if they don’t ban outside food and drinks, but these two items were a medical necessity. I’d much rather have purchased the overpriced fries and beer but I was stuck consuming only what my doctor told me I can have. Again, a medical necessity. Quinton was rude and argumentative and kind of made us not want to return. Such a shame because we were having so much fun and my family loves to bowl. Quinton needs a lesson on customer service because I’m sure Bowlero does not want to project that they don’t care about their customers. We expected, and were having, a great time until this experience.

Waited two hours with two children who were excited to bowl only to be told the leagues are running behind and it would be another hour. How about saving a few lanes for regular families during league nights!

Experience was Epic with the German Family Reunion from NYC. Had a ball. I think we overwhelmed the staff with food and drinks, they did what they could to keep up.
