Outstanding service and great price. Bob is remarkably knowledgeable and very personable. The work he did on our Pioneer SX-850 and Akai GX280D was thorough and they are both running, sounding, and looking *great* in all respects. Talking with him about our gear and the hobby in general was truly a blessing; felt like chatting with an old friend who is clearly passionate about his trade. I'll 100% be using him for all future service!

Action Electronics owner Bob and his wife (I guessing) could not have been nicer and was incredibly professional. I found a 1970s Elac Miracord 50H turntable at an estate sale – was not in the best of shape. Bob brought it back to life, actually handmade a part for the unit, and the price was very reasonable.If you have vintage audio equipment repair needs, Bobis the guy for the job. Could not recommend him and his shop more.

The person on the phone told me “good luck” with my multimeter and hung up on me. Be very careful doing business with that type of people. Would not recommend this place to anybody, good luck if you do.

Bob is the "best". Repaired my Pioneer A-27 Stereo/Receiver that I bought 44 years ago.Gave me a tour of the shop and it was remarkable, been at that location for 51 Years.Piles of old Soder soaked floor ?Five stars ain't enough. He loves what he does and I hope continues as long as possible.

Bob is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. My Technics RS-B18 tape deck had a couple of recording and playback problems and Bob quickly diagnosed and repaired the deck for an incredibly fair price. I absolutely recommend Action Electronics for tech repair!

I have had about 10 stereo pieces repaired here and they all have been amazing. Every piece comes back like new and sounds great. Bringing back vintage gear is Bob’s specialty. His work is a labor of love and it shows in every repair. ?

I'm another happy customer of Bob's. He got my vintage Yamaha receiver working again a couple years back, and it hasn't had any issues since.I had to call him a few times before he had the space in the shop to take my receiver, but I didn't mind once I saw how full his shop is of queued equipment. Bob took the time not just to fix the problem I had, but to review the entire device's circuitry.I would highly recommend Action Electronics if you have high-end or vintage audio equipment that needs to be treated right.
