We moved to the NNK area about 9 months ago, and established care here for our son shortly after. We saw Dr. Goode twice before she left, and today we had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Cubbage! He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. The staff here is always pleasant! We’ve been very satisfied with the care our son has received.

I'm 74 years old. I just moved here and I was looking for a family doctor.I needed to send my previous medical records before being considered for a doctor's appointment. I had everything sent after waiting for the doctor to read my file for the first time in my life, I was told I wasn't excepted and the doctor won't see me and she wouldn't tell me why that decision was made. I've never heard of being turned away, I have plenty of insurance besides having Medicare A&B Plan.What kind of doctor does this?

Today I had an appointment with Dr.Haynie. I arrived got checked in and nurse took vitals .Blood pressure was elevated. Dr Haynie came in discussed my reason for the appointment. She then told me she would send in 2 prescriptions to my pharmacy and to sit back in the chair she will be back. Well 5 or moreminutes went by I heard her enteranother room greeting another patient.5 minutes later I heard her tell the nurse there is no need for her to sit there any longer I'm done. You can tell her she can leave. Remind youshe never discussed myblood pressure.It is truly amazing how professional people can get so caught up in not performing and giving everyone good patient care.

Front office are that magical combination of helpful and personable. My primary physician is Dr. Good; the health care and advice she provides is first rate. Highly recommended.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cubbage for close to twenty years now. He has been outstanding diagnosing and treating my numerous ailments, and his preventive care. Lanette is always on top of my needs and punctually responsive to my queries through the patient portal.

Dr. Cubbage and Dr. Good are who we've seen and they were both great over multiple visits. Office is wonderful--they are fast, kind and easy. They have a lovely office design that is comfortable and welcoming.

We are new to the area and were surprised by the limited access to family medicine in this area of the rural country. We could only get an appointment here and over the last 3 years have found everyone at White Stone Family Practice to be thoughtful and knowledgable. The 3 doctors are helpful, committed to the area, skilled and willing to work to be a critical part of your care health team.The practice is technology friendly, uses My Chart, can schedule appointments and accept payment remotely, offers virtual appointments and is serious about masking to protect their staff and patients.

I was denied service for not wearing a mask "pathetic" they follow the governments policies not the people I will be using a different doctor from here on.

For six years riverside family practice has been there for me, my depression, anxiety and ptsd. Today I was turned away from my appointment because I would not pay BEFORE my visit. This has never been the policy in the past. The ladies up front wanted to close early and even told me so. “Can you pay so we can close the window.” They called me rude for pointing out this and the fact that I owe the office TEN dollars. A new employee in the front just cost them a patient over pride and laziness.

I find the staff very professional and accommodating. We have never had an issue getting in for a sick appointment. It is nice to go somewhere that the whole family can be seen.

One of their physicians doesn’t listen well, we will try the other one. Overall we like the Riverside network very much as opposed to the other one we have access to.
