Best ribs in the Northern Neck. Chicken wings are outstanding. It's a take out fresh prepared food store. Has bottled wine and great homemade desserts. Great folks too.

If you don't know how this place runs, you order at register. The cashier was very nice. However..... I was standing waiting for my food and I was asked what I ordered, with attitude. The 2 ladies were talking more than anything. One was using her phone with gloves on and then touched food prep. I wasn't being rude or asking questions, just standing and watching, talking to my husband. The sandwich came out sloppy. I could not hold it as I should have been able to. The Philly was bland at best. No care was taken in prep or presentation. My husband was upset with his food too. We will not go back if it's a problem to stand and wait for food. If I don't give you attitude, don't give it to me. The cashier and an older man in the back were very nice. We went in on a Friday. I get being busy but if you can laugh and joke with a customer you know, then why give us attitude for simply standing. I mean come on she threw her hands in the air as if we were bothering her. It's your job to cook, so cook. Don't worry about the quiet customers waiting for their food. We french fried instead of pizza and we had a bad time.

First time in, got tour of entire store and kitchen. Got meal of the day with stir fry that was very good. They have all different kinds of meals and ready to eats. Everything looked good.

Had the worse experience that i have ever had here… I have known the owner since I was a child.. The cook, was rude to the cashier as well as me when I went back in to complain about my daughters service that he provided.. Poor customer

yep its crqzy pricey, but dang its sooo yummy!! i got scrapple, hotdogs,bacon,ribs.60 bucks. ouch. bring your visa. this place is a jewel. i love the whole area and the bay is a national treasure.

Everything I've bought there is delicious!!! Best place for outstanding carryout food...potato salad, seemed shrimp, shepherds pie, lasagna, desserts and more!!!

Ownership and staff are professional and courteously. Selection of food quality and dessert are top notch. And always a great selection.We love to stop and have a few pints at the local bars . And bring home dinner from the River MarketNeed more of the banana pudding, can I pre order?Tripp

Sundays are the only day that they offer fried chicken. Advertised as Dave's Fried Chicken, I'm not quite sure who this guy is, but it's the best fried chicken, as well as the best fried chicken sandwich I have ever eaten. Looking into the kitchen, they were pan frying it in a cast iron pan which you never see these days outside of your mom's kitchen.
