Almost all the staff has been great...But I had one not so great experience which is why I'm reducing it by one star. There's a woman that works at the register who seemed to take things a little bit too personally. I had to return some unopened, pristine merchandise that I bought. She was aggressive, almost bullying, during the exchange. My prior visit she was great .. maybe an anomaly, but it does throw a little tarnish on the company image.

went Lamberths to order a replacement door for a home that we only occupied every weekend or so. We dealt with Allen, who at the time was very helpful, although, he needed existing door measurements to order the correct door. I provided the measurements that he asked for. Turns out the door didn't fit!!! Apparently there is new construction rough opening and replacement door rough openings. The measurements I furnished him were the latter. The door could not be returned, "Special Order", I spoke with the manufacturer and they identified the door as not "Special Order". Allen would not take the door back! He was happy to order the correct door for an additional full purchase price! We are out nearly 3,000.00 for the wrong door and now he wants us to spend another 3,000.00+ for the correct door! He offered to help us sell the other door, which never happened. Then ghosted! I attempted to go up the ladder, emailed his supervisor and didn't even get an email or acknowledgement! I will not give them anymore of my hard earned money!!!!
