Poor communication & tour. Don’t waste your time or money!

We attempted to get an Apartment but after 5 weeks of wwaiting with no news I re ieved a freaki ng email that told me I made 40 Dollars too much to qualify for a 2 or 3 bedroom. Now you would've figured it would've been a little quicker than that as it pushed us into winter and now I have to start looking for a place to live in the dead of winter. What happens to people like me that are in our 70's and 80's and are on fixed incomes but have worked all our life rather than living off the Government?? We make too little to get most of the apartments and the others we make too much by pocket change???? Makes no since!!!! Then if you have to go to assisted living you fare required to pay out 5 or 10,000 per month . I find this type of situation appalling for the elderly. This Apartment complex I find out is only Government low income housing!!! Tons of college kids living there while mom and dad flip the bill and yet someone who needs it can't qualify when they make peanuts.I wouldnt reccommend this place to anyone!!!!Ray

We moved in just two months ago and so far we are loving it. The staff and maintenance made us feel welcome and right at home. We think our apartment is beautiful and couldn't be happier. The views are amazing, great neighbors and such a nice place to walk our dog. I have never lived in an apartment before, but I am now proud to call the Landings my home!

The Landings at Weyer's Cave is such a beautiful place and I'd be so happy to live here. Stephanie Bodkinl has been amazingly helpful in processing my application. She lets you know about the status of apartment availability and time line when units will possibly open up. Stephanie is easy to understand and explains things in a professional way.The apartments are very spacious, clean and very well up kept.

I am extremely picky when it comes to where I live and living at The Landings at Weyers Cave has been my best decision yet. The leasing team AND the apartments are AMAZING! Amanda and Micah are my absolute favorite! They are always so happy and willing to help you in any way they can! Matt, the maintenance man, is so friendly and always fixes things in a timely manner and keeps the community looking great. The apartments are so beautiful to! They are spacious and updated! Plus they are pet friendly! I highly recommend leasing here!?

I have been here for almost 3 years. I love our apartment. The rooms are huge, Matt in maintenance comes to apt right away if needed and everyone in the office are very friendly and helpful. During this pandemic, they kept residents informed about what was happening and what this apartment complex was doing and what the rules here were. It has been tough and yet the office kept in contact, answering calls overturning messages quickly.

They come into your apartment way to often to "inspect". Get notes on my door all the time. Neighbor filed a noise complaint because I had visitors over ONE time. Got a letter on my door saying they will be coming to re inspect my apartment because of small imperfections...Be prepared to pay a fee along with your rent and water payment because you've payed online. Staff seems nice. Clean apartment complex. Spacious rooms. Nice events at the office. Allowed pets which is awesome. But altogether not a place I would want to live again.

I just moved to The Landings & I couldn't be more excited to be in my new home. The professionalism & assistance from the office staff is the best I've ever experienced. They kept me informed & updated throughout the whole application process & that meant so much! They were also so friendly & welcoming the moment I walked in the office door the first time. Lastly, it was nice that they shared my excitement with my family & me once we finalized everything. I'm truly grateful for all the friendly, timely service that was provided by the ladies in the office at The Landings throughout this :)

worst living experience I have ever encountered. Staff are scoundrels, looking to charge you for anything & everything. Going into your apartment regularly without notice. When you move out they will try to keep your security deposit with no explanation until legal action is threatened. Downright awful management

We have been a resident at the Landings for a week now. We love our new Apt! All the staff have been super friendly! Micah took her time to reach out to us multiple times during the approval process. By her being emphatic to our needs, we felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship we could trust. Truly a great community here!!
