“They never stated they had to do a credit check or would take a $200 deposit to rent a car on the web site when reserving the car. I am over 50 so it wasn't being rented to a kid. Took over a week to get the deposit back. Car wasn't bad, one of the tires sounded bad but got us to and from our destination”
“The young man who seemed to be the only one in this small airport was very nice and extremely helpful in checking the returned truck and getting me on my way in a timely manner. He deserves a raise.”
“Deserved 5 stars but only because when we were dropping off the car we waited for around 30 minutes and the employee knew we were here to just drop off the car, then, a few minutes before she finished with the customer before us she told us: oh you can just give me the keys and that’s it…if it’s that simple then why didn’t you say that from the beginning??”
