Came to this location today specifically just to check out and to scope out the shop. I called ahead asking if they could help me pump up my basketball. I spoke to Dean on the phone and was helped in person by Dean. The young man was helping other customers around the shop so I waited patiently. He immediately searched for the needle to help pump up my basketball. Very satisfied and impressed by the customer service provided by Mr Dean. The shop is fully staffed with 3-4 people working on site helping multiple customers adults and children. This is a extremely nice shop with a wide variety of bicycling equipment and high end bicycles. I will definitely be returning to this shop. Thank you Dean for providing 5/5 out standing customer service in person and over the phone. Keep up the hard work! I will be returning ?

Great experience with the team here who turned my bike around in less than 12 hours of calling at 5pm. Had it ready by the next day at 10am for pickup. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions about the new bike (Fuel Exe 9.5). Would recommend Trek Springfield to anyone looking to get a new bike or have theirs serviced.

Excellent customer service! The store is located in an easy to find shopping center and is well maintained. Michael was a bike Ninja and performed my repairs quickly and to perfection. Highly recommend this establishment for your biking needs.

Mike is a great listener. He took the time to appreciate my riding style, my challenges with my current bike, and then gave me what seemed like all the time in the world to try out options and get me dialed into the right bike for me.Upon picking up my newly built bike, Mike also took the extra time to share tips for installing the accessories, actually he ended helping me with one of them, and lessons he’s learned on using a torque wrench so not to overtighten bolts.It’s clear that the store manager, Alex B, has set an inviting and courteous culture at the Springfield store. It’s a breath of fresh air walking into this store, from the initial warm greeting to the delivery of a new purchase. I witnessed Alex supporting Mike in some internal ordering system settings and the camaraderie was evident and effective. And here Mike was temporarily supporting this store and I believe his first day at Springfield.What a great team of experts who ride themselves. I am already recommending this particular store to my friends and coworkers!Thank you Mike and Alex for my bada$$ Roscoe!

John was amazing. He explained everything from the size of the bike to what could be a relaxed ride, but the gentleman with blonde hair and ponytail did not have the best customer service. As someone who train sales people on how to deal with customers, I can assure you that the gentleman had very poor customer service . Reacting in front of the customer without concerns does not make you look professional. People are spending real money buying bikes, if they feel like a number to you, then they will just take their business somewhere.Chapeau to John who tried to stay helpful and professional regardless of how frustrated and unprofessional his co-worker reacted in front of customers.

I could but be less impressed. I get it, you're busy, but myself and my boyfriend, who is African American, came in looking to buy a bike each. Everyone at the Trek store in Springfield was helpful and knowledgeable. Cycling can be overwhelming in terms of all the things there are to know. Sometimes, being in a bike shop can make you feel like you don't know enough to be dealing with experts, but this shop was ready to answer questions and talk to you in a way that makes you feel comfortable. I've ridden for years and there's new tech all the time that, if you're not using it, creates a learning curve. These are the people to help you with that. Very happy with the whole purchasing experience.

Love this store. Been here many years and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They almost always help you with repairs immediately unless it's a busy weekend but they acknowledge you and make you feel attended to. Knowledgeable and get you out the door in no time. My go to place!

thought they were scamming me at first they were so nice ?. Ive already recommended them to my family members. the bike shop fixed my bike twice for free and told me how i can fix it myself. Also helped me find a bike lock and showed me a 20$ off coupon i had. i will be going back to that shop if i ever need something

Just bought a bike from here and they have phenomenal service. They don't try to upsell you and will tell you if what you're buying is not worth it. In addition, the bike I bought needed some fine tuneing so I brought it in and they fixed it same day for free. I highly recommend this place if you're buying or need maintenance on a bike.
