Michael and Theodore were very knowledgeable helping me with my physical therapy post right knee replacement. I spent 6 weeks twice a week and gained flexi on of 126 degrees.

My mother FATIMAH is very grateful for Alysia for giving her the best physical therapy for her shoulder. She had no hope in healing but she’s experienced a tremendous change in her shoulder and feeling so much better. Thanks Alysia!

I am posting this review on behalf of my mom, Sam Su Tate, who was a patient at the Springfield location. Michael was very detail oriented to find her problem area on her knees. He was very professional during the therapy sessions. She appreciated that he was very careful with maneuvering & handling her knees because she’s an elderly. Her knees functions have improved greatly after the therapy sessions. She would highly recommend Michael as a physical therapist to anyone who’s looking for one.

I recently visited the INOVA Physical Therapy Center in Springfield. The staff was efficient, friendly and effective. Scheduling was easy and appointments began and ended on time. I received excellent care from several of the physical therapy staff and met my goals in a reasonable time period. Upon completing my therapy, I felt stronger with a plan to continue exercising so as to maintain my progress. Compared to other physical therapy offices I have used in the past, the staff at INOVA provided much better therapy and long range help. I would highly recommend this facility.

I just finished physical therapy for my neck. I had an excellent experience there. Michael Tolerico and Michelle Schumacher was taking care of me. I highly appreciate their hard work, skills, professionalism and involvement. There is a nice and welcome environment at the office. Front desk is always polite. Highly recommend!

I took my son to this office for soccer injury on his ankle, Michael Tolerico which worked with my son was extremely talented & skilled. In a few sessions he got him back in shape. Overall the stuff & the front desk crew was excellent. I am thank full for everyone & suggest this office.*****

90% of the therapists are fantastic. It takes one bad apple to bring down ratings. I substituted my regular therapist due to time constraints. I received a therapist that did one session exercise with me and put a suction cup on my back. She inferred that self will was the issue.

The INOVA PT team was great in helping me recover from ACL replacement surgery. The team of Michelle, Alysia and Ted did a great job sharing notes and pushing me to help me attain my goals, despite my ever changing schedule.

I don’t know why this place gets negative reviews. I always had a great experience with the front office and staff. I went for multiple foot sprains and had PT with Stacy and Amanda. The PT definitely helped and I’d recommend them.

Monique at INOVA Springfield PT Center is fabulous! I have worked with her through PT related to two different issues -- she is smart, well-informed, and is serious about her work but has a great sense of humor. She helped me tremendously, was always encouraging, was always available to help or answer questions, and is just an all around terrific PT and person.

Be very careful here going here. They ask for insurance which I 100% agree. On top of that they ask for your social security number as well. That’s a sensitive information they asking for and I couldn’t get it clearly of why, they saying it’s there policy...well I called my insurance company they didn’t agree with that so... I don’t know what the actual purpose but I canceled my appointment. Something is up... I have never had to give my SSN number to any medical facility nor a therapist.
